My Christmas present to y'all.

//Okay, so I said I wouldn't update until after Christmas... but this is a really REALLY special chapter and I couldn't leave it any longer. Finally, I give you the story you must have been waiting for- but I won't tell yet. Just read on... merry Christmas!//

Let's go back a bit, y'all must be so confused.

Y/n had been present to many nemesis events before school had begun and after Christmas ended. Rob had done many things that he said and planned to do. He bought a Universal Remote from the Awesome Store (Y/n found a cool black book in there too. Got it cheap and had been noting down the days, like a diary, and had begun writing around when she'd arrived in Elmore) but after that, after knowing that he could send Gumball to the void, he stopped Y/n from following him.

Naturally, she began to put her foot down. They were doing this together and were going to get through stuff together, but he paused her before she could say the three deadly words. She did it before, not really to use him, but to make a point.

'We'll get ice-cream' is what she always said.

He forgot to grab her before he rewinded the show at the end of 'The Rerun', so when he saw her standing idly nearby the untouched van he'd destroyed before, he said, "Crap."

"Kid, that's not some language you should be throwing around. $12.99." The owner of the Awesome store said.

Rob sighed, but Y/n cut across him to pay instead. Just so she could soften Rob up and see what the hell just happened.

"You, like, blipped out for just a second. I asked the scary dude what happened, but he didn't say anything, he just grunted."

Rob shrugged. "Not much."

"Did you fight? Did I miss it?!" She was anguished when he nodded with a small smile on his lips. "Ugh! Wait, was there a bit of future I missed? Why did you say 'crap'?"

He sighed. "Well... we had an argument."

She blinked. "For... for real?"

He nodded again. "You wanted to come, but I remembered what the painting looked like, and couldn't risk it... so I paused you." He yelped in pain and held his shoulder. She'd just punched him.

"What part of 'we'll face this together' don't you understand, you doofus?" She wasn't angry after she punched him, she felt remorse because there would probably be a bruise.

"Heh," He rubbed where she'd punched. "you said exactly that..."

"Of course I did."

Then there were more traps than usual.

Y/n and Gumball went to have sibling time (punishment from Nicole, the older cat thought that Y/n had been with them long enough to be told off for fighting) and she fell into a trash can after an elaborately made trap went wrong.

Gumball was practically wetting himself. "Oh my gosh... haha... I totally saw that one, I wanted to see if you were dumb enough to stand in it-" He yelped and Y/n jumped out of the can clumsily to see Gumball rubbing the back of his head and Rob looking kinda angry. Clearly, he'd hit Gumball over the head.

Then... Rob didn't tell Y/n it was happening, but he kidnapped Barbara (the banana, duh) and forced her to paint the future. Y/n decided to randomly turn up that day and hey presto she's part of the event.

And the most recent one began in the New Year. Superintendent Evil began to visit. Whenever he was in school, Y/n would purposely go out of her way to misbehave in front of him, she wanted him to take her to his office so she could liberate the school from his weird strict backwardness.
