Yashvi's POV:
I kept changing my position while sleeping but of no use.
I was just not able to sleep. There were a lot of things going on in my mind.
"Ugh!... What the hell!? Why am I not able to sleep!?", I said to myself as I finally sat up in annoyance.
"Oh god!.... This is even more difficult than I thought!", I murmured.
I got down from bed and after grabbing my water bottle from the side dresser, I went to the balcony.
I drank some water while still in deep thought.
"This is what I wanted right!?... I wanted Satvik to move on!... Then, why the hell am I feeling so bad... seeing him with someone else!..... Of course, I will!", I blurted out.
As I took a deep sigh and looked up at the night sky, my mind started giving me major flashbacks.
Flashback :
I was standing at the balcony of my room. My heart was in a dilemma. I didn't know whether to be happy or sad about it.
My mom's words kept echoing in my ear making me take a deep breath.
A few minutes ago, my mom told me about her and Satvik's father's relationship.
After a few minutes of deep thinking, I found myself stargazing.
My chain of thoughts was broken when my phone started buzzing in my hand.
I looked at the phone screen and found Satvik calling me.
I took a little sigh before finally picking up.
"Hello...", he said as soon as I picked up.
"Yeah! What's up?", I replied slowly trying to sound as cheerful as I could.
"Nothing much..... Did your mom tell you something?", he asked slowly.
"Yes...", I replied slowly.
"So, are you happy?", he asked.
I went silent for a few seconds and then asked, "Are you happy?"
"Happy?! I'm am more than happy!", he said excitedly.
"Then, I'm happy too!", I said with a faint smile on my face.
But the real question is, was I really happy!?
I still remember the first time I saw Satvik in tuition!
