Raadha's POV:I was very determined that Kaushik loved Aarushi and of course not as a friend. But I just couldn't understand that why, even after telling him Aarushi's feelings he was not accepting that he loves her.
Kaushik narrowed his eyes at me and kept his hands on his waist. Then, he shook his head slowly while looking down at the floor.
"You know what I am done! I just don't know why we are even having this conversation....... I am leaving!" He said after looking at me.
There he was again. Typical Kaushik trying to run away from the truth.
"Are you mad? What's wrong with you? First Shanaya and now her!..... Look Kaushik, if there is something wrong, you know you can tell me. I will help you. We'll sought it out but please just don't be like this." I said as soon as I saw him turn around to leave.
Kaushik narrowed his eyes at me and took a deep sigh.
"Look Raadha, I don't have much time..... I am on a date right now so I quickly need to go to the washroom and head back because someone is waiting for me. Ok. I'm sorry but I need to go.....(he turned but stopped and turned again) And, don't tell Aarushi about this..... She'll feel awkward."
And after saying that he turned around and left. I just stood there and stared at his back. I just couldn't believe what he just said.
I was lost in my thoughts when I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned around to look, it was Paayal.
"Everything okay? Why are you standing here in the hallway?"
"Yeah! I'm ok. I think I just got lost in my thoughts."
"Okay, so did you go to the washroom?"
"No."
"Okay, never mind.... let's go together then."

Third Person's POV:
Paayal came out of the bathroom and saw Raadha standing quietly by the wall next to the washbasin.
She was staring at the ceiling and looked like she was in a deep thought.
Paayal understood that something is going on in her mind. She quietly walked towards the washbasin and opened the tap and started washing her hand.
"Hey! What's wrong?" She said suddenly making Raadha look at her.
"Huh! Nothing."
"You know you can tell me anything right!"
Raadha looked at Paayal and thought, 'Maybe I should tell her.'
Paayal was five years elder than her and definitely much more matured than her. She was her secret keeper and the best adviser. Whenever she was in any trouble or confusion, she would call Paayal and take her advice.
The fact that Paayal would leave and go to Budapest next week was making her sad. She didn't wanted to bother Paayal before leaving but this matter was about her friends so she decided to tell her.
"I know." She said while nodding her head.
"So tell me. I'm all ears."
"Okay..... so you know Kaushik right? He's on a date today with someone, but... he likes Aarushi, and I know that. I've known him since 3 years, I've seen him staring at her with those eyes and I know how much he cares about her. I've seen him being jealous of other guys who talk to her. But, when I asked him today, he said no. I know he's lying but I just don't understand why. At first, I thought that he's just scared of getting rejected or losing friendship but NOO. Today, when I told him about Aarushi's feelings, he still denied his feelings. I guess there is something which is not letting him confess his feelings but he is just not telling me. But, I want to know. I can't see my friends like this. I'm so confused right now, what should I do?"
"Ok..... So this is the matter. Hmm... You know what's the most simple and best way?..... To talk."
"Yeah right!.. And then you know what will happen? I will ask him, he'll say no and then leave."
"Ok then try talking to him at a place from where he cannot leave."
"And then, he'll have to answer my question!... Wow! Damn! That's such a bad idea!" she said excitedly not realizing what she said.
"Bad!? Okay, thanks!"
"Nooo! I'm so sorry! I meant great! It was just a slip of tongue. Sorry!" Raadha said while laughing.
"It's ok. I know, that happens when you get really excited.... Anyways, since you are feeling better now, shall we please go back and continue our lunch otherwise those hungry people will finish everything."
"Oh shit! My dessert."
"My Gaajar Ka Halwa! Let's goooo!" Paayal said while giggling.
As they went back to their table, Raadha looked over at Kaushik's table and found that he had already left.
She shook her head slowly in disappointment and sat down with her cousins.
