Corbyn's POV

"I saw you have space in your home for some people?" I ask the man on the phone.

I just got off my plane and was sitting in one of the airport chairs. I was looking online for some places to stay when the Ferguson Manors popped out. I don't know what it was about it but something inside me was telling me that I had to go there. I looked up the number and that brings us to now.

"Yes, are you interested?"

"Extremely, I can be there today." I tell the man.

"Wonderful! The address is 1609 Elliott Drive."

"Thank you!" I cry out, excitement filling me. This was going to be easier than I thought. I get up and follow the directions to Pick Up. Once I got there I called an Uber and waiting for that to come.

When the Uber came about ten minutes later I packed my suitcases in the trunk and climbed in. I told the lady the address and she plugged it into Google maps before we were on our way.

"Here we are." The lady tells me, pulling into a long driveway and up to a huge house. Holy crap! This guy must be rich!!

"Thank you." I tell the lady before paying her and getting out to get my stuff from the back.

I walk up and can't help but smile at the image in front of me. There was another male there. He was on the shorter side though and couldn't reach the door bell. Why the door was this big, I have no idea.

The shorter man turns around and looks at me. Whoa! He had brown hair and pretty honey brown eyes. He looked oddly familiar through, I just couldn't place it.

"Need some help?" I ask the male, not able to stop the smirk that spread across my face.

The pretty brown haired male narrowed his eyes at me and crossed his arms. Ooh! Looks like he is a little feisty. "No. I think I can handle it." He tells me.

What is going on! Even his voice was ringing a bell with me, but I knew I have never seen him before in my life, at least I don't think I have.

The boy turns back around and tries once again to push the doorbell but once again came up short. I couldn't help the burst of laughter that came out of me.

"Are you making fun of me?" The boy ask, glare in his eyes.

My eyes widen and I hold my hands up to offer peace. "No no, I'm just really intrigued by your determination." I explain.

The boy rolls his eyes at me. "Whatever."

I smile lightly at him. "So, would you like me to help you or not?" I ask.

I wait a moment while the boy thinks. I could tell he wanted to say no and kept trying by himself and I had no doubt in my mind that eventually he would get it. Finally though, he comes to terms that he needs my help to get in faster and smiles at me.

"Fine." He says with a soft sigh, "Do what you must."

I chuckle as I reach over the male and press the doorbell. The bell ringing loudly throughout the house and within seconds, the door opens.

The man that opens the door smiles at us. "Hi. Come on in, Mr.Ferguson will be with you in a few."

The boy in front of me smiles at the man and thanks him before going inside the house, me not far behind him. The house was as big as it looked from the outside. It was very clean as well and had cool little fancy antiques throughout the space.

The man that answered the door leading us to the living room and gestured for us to sit on the couch before leaving. The boy and I doing just that.

I decide I can't do with the silence anymore and speak up. "So, what brings you to LA...?" I ask, before realizing I never got his name.

"Jack. My name is Jack." The boy, Jack, answers with a chuckle. "And I always wanted to visit LA since I was a kid so I decided why not take the chance and finally make my dream come true."

Wow, we are pretty much here for the same reasons then. Both of us wanted to make our dreams come true. I couldn't wait to find my destiny.

"Nice name, I'm Corbyn." I tell him with a smile. It was impossible not to smile around Jack.

"Well nice to meet you Corbyn, what bring you to LA." Jack fires the question right back at me.

I shrug my shoulders. "Eh, you know I wanted to go to a good college and there's this college here that really caught my attention."

Jack's eyes widen in shock when I mention college, and he does a look over on me, trying to figure out my age. "So you're going to college?"

"Yeah, going to start my first year soon."

"Cool, so how old are you?"

I couldn't help but smirk, getting this question a lot for how young I looked and the things I did. I was pretty young still through. "Sixteen."

The look on Jack's face was priceless, he straighten up and gasped out. "What? You're sixteen?!"

I laugh. "Yeah, why?"

"Uh, it's just-you're going to college and-you're sixteen-it makes no sense. You're the same age as me yet somehow two years ahead of me. How?!".

I was full blown laughing now, Jack has the best reactions! "Oh yeah about that...I graduated early from high school."

Jack rolled his eyes playfully and smirked. "Oh, am I in the presence of a genius?" Jack teased me.

I chuckle and shrug. "I guess so."

"Right." Jack said, laughing as well.

A man that must of been the owner comes in then and Jack stand up, causing me to follow his lead.

"Hi, welcome to Ferguson Manors. I'm Mr.Ferguson. I hope you will enjoy your stay here. If you have any problems in the future, please contact my assistant, Mr.Roberts, as I might not be available most of the time."

Jack and I nod in agreement.

"Great! Mr.Roberts will take you to your rooms. Feel free to eat anything in the kitchen and watch anything anytime in the living room. My house is your house and I want you both to feel at home. You are the first to arrive, I am expecting four other people. I hope you all will get along well."

"Am sure we will." I answer Mr.Ferguson, not worried.

"Am sure we will too, Corbyn and I get along just fine." Jack adds on. Yeah, it was almost like I already knew Jack, it is weird.

With that said Mr.Roberts shows us to our rooms, Jack and mine being across from each other. We smile one last time at one another before wishing each other a goodnight.

I open my new bedroom door and take it in. Whoa! It was just as grand as the rest of the house. I grin to myself and unpack all my things and settle them into the room.

I strip and put some new boxers on before crawling into the bed. The sheets nice and soft and the bed itself being the softest I have even slept on. I need to rest now, tomorrow is going to be a big day.
