During a mission on Hays Minor that goes absolutely haywire, a very injured Obi-Wan Kenobi and the 212th's Marshall Commander Cody are trapped in a cave that has been completely and thoroughly blocked as a result of an avalanche. With no communication, limited supplies, and no clear exit point while one is heavily injured, it can be said that it has already proved to be difficult. With any signs of hope being diminished, will both Cody and Obi-Wan be able to keep some flick of faith through this hard time? Will the two men learn more about each other than they ever thought possible? From Mace Windu, to Plo Koon, all the way back to Anakin Skywalker, witness the story of carnage, loss, death, and destruction, that is perhaps the most infamous moment in the galaxy.

"Would you keep your promise?" he whispered, making her give him a puzzled look before it came back to her. It was a promise they'd made to each other before they had started dating; at the time, they were fourteen years old. Biting her lip, she leaned down, grabbed his face and kissed him. Her hands were soft on his face and her warm lips were gentle and hesitant, but he relished it for as long as he could as it was the kind of kiss he had been yearning for years, and though he had to wait till his last breath, he didn't care because it was worth the wait to him. She slowly pulled away and looked at him, resting her forehead against his. A small, weak smile creeping its way onto his lips, he whispered softly, "I love you..." She blinked and swallowed hard as a tear escaped her hazel eyes. "Zack..." Ashlyn choked out. "Zack?" she repeated, desperate to get an answer, either it'd be a grunt, a groan... anything would suffice as long as the sound came from her best friend, her love. Another watches from the shadows, aching for the Padawans she could not save. One stares into the stars, silent for the first time, his laughter buried beneath the weight of betrayal. Another meditates through the pain, trying to make sense of a galaxy that no longer believes in light. One hides behind control, holding the pieces of herself together while everything else falls apart. Another sharpens her focus, her fire undimmed, refusing to bow to fear. And one-wounded but unbroken-listens to the Force more deeply than ever, sensing a presence in the darkness neither Jedi nor Sith. They are seven. Scattered, hunted, changed. But not finished. Not yet. This is a whole 'What if' kinda thing. Rewrote the whole Maul, Ahsoka, Kanan and Ezra story arc, and (HOPEFULLY) made it a bit better. Find out in this story, what happens to these characters you don't know who unless you enter the story + plot twists. (DON'T LOOK IN THE TAGS) Quotes will start to appear at chapter 8. Idk when this takes place, but I suppose somewhere in season one, and slowly in season two. Also the main characters are my fav/comfort characters... I suddenly just felt like writing about them.

Caleb Dume might not have had much training, but he did train with some of the best Jedi there were during the Clone Wars. He'll never forget training with his Childhood idols. Even if some of them weren't authorized training sessions. Being the Padawan of a master on the Jedi council had it's benefits. Kanan will always be thankful for that.

Jedi Knight Nicholas Kota never expected this, an outbreak of war. His best friend, Jedi Master Elizabeth Mareel, had felt differently. Having been taught by Jedi Master Shaak Ti, Nicholas could be ready for anything, well, almost anything. Would he be prepared for the outbreak of the Clone Wars? However, as things are done in the dark, would he even suspect the true meaning behind the Clone Wars? Only the force knows...

Everything goes according to plan, until it doesn't...

After suffering heavy losses from General Grievous, Jedi Masters Kendall Chance and Depa Billaba along with their padawans, Clone commanders, and Admiral Delara Ivel, must abandon ship. But their escape pods end up in a different location than the others... and it looks like Kendall will have to lead the way in surviving the technologically primitive planet known as Earth. Follow each of these characters and OCs from the Star Wars Universe as they go through their journey and work to find a way back to the galaxy where they belong... (In the OG version it was just Depa, Kendall, the clone commanders, and Delara, but I thought it would be fun to add the padawans in this fic xD) (I don't own the pictures in the story. While we can be certain that Palpatine would have continued with his- as I like to call it- sheevery, failing to manipulate the young Queen would have been a blow and a major setback to his nefarious machinations.
