It's been five years after the reigning champion Lightning McQueen declared Retirement, After he found out that his now wife Sally wants to have a kid. The Storm Family found this as an opportunity to have the title. Jackson now has the title of Racing champion. After years of the number 95 not racing , he was only a Legend. Jordyn McQueen becomes of age hearing all the stories of her Dad's victories and seeing all of his trophies makes her want to race like her dad.
