Akaashi transfers to Fukurodani from Nekoma since, despite Kenma and Kuroo's best efforts to help him, he was relentlessly bullied ever since he came out.

Akaashi catches a certain horned owl's eyes who follows him around and tries to be his best friend. At first Akaashi is reluctant but soon, he accept this friendship without the knowledge that it will soon turn to something more.
