After a cruel breakup with his girlfriend, Jakob Moon, along with his sister, goes off to start a new life at a new school called Roosevelt High School. April O'Niel is a young woman who is feared amongst everyone in the school because of an incident that occured with her powers and an alien called Za-Naron. When these 2 meet, they become instant friends and even start to possibly fall in love with each other. . . well, kind of, as Jakob isn't sure he can trust anyone after what he went through. But when a group of hunters start to go after him, Jakob must uncover the secrets of his past in order to control a new power that he didn't know he had. And possibly even help April overcome her past as well. Will these 2 see the power of love and help each other through their pasts? Or will they both succumb to the darkness and possibly endanger all of humanity?
