Constance 'Connie' Tanner is the niece of Cashmere and Gloss who are previous winners of the hunger games. She comes from district 1. Constance is very passionate about the games, wanting to go in them ever since she knew what they were just like her aunt and uncle, what happens when she finally gets picked to volunteer but she falls for her ally.
