"Nev, we have about two hours before all the stores close. And with you being pregnant, you're going to walk slow." Stiles ran an agitated hand through his hair.

"Stiles, I'm trying here and don't bring my pregnancy into this." I huffed out, adjusting a two year old Cassian on my hip and placing the phone near my ear. My son stared up at me with droopy eyes as he placed his head on my shoulder. "I told you we should have done the shopping back in November."

"Okay, but Scott was having an existential crisis." Stiles quickly defended himself.

"What? Getting through his child's teething phase?" I perked a brow.

"Declan was teaching Levi to bite furniture. I swear he's more coyote than human." Stiles stated with a thoughtful expression.

"Hello?" Someone on the other line finally picked up their phone.

"Oh thank the gods, Steve!" I exhaled in relief. Cass fisted my shirt in is tiny hands and nuzzled closer into the crook of my neck. "Are you busy? I need a babysitter. Everyone else is also doing last minute Christmas shopping and I can't take the kids-"

"Sorry, kiddo, but I'm busy too. Plus, I'm getting too old for watching your little heathens." Steve joked.

"Well, right now, my little heathens are asleep." I sighed, glancing at Jezabel.

She was sleeping on the couch with her stuffed dolphin against her chest and Asher sleeping on the floor next to her. Percy had given the toy to her when she was born. She hasn't let it go since then. Jezabel will always sleep with it or take it with her in car rides. We're trying to get her to slowly detach from it before she starts pre-K in August.

"Knowing my luck, they will wake up as soon as you leave." Steve let out a chuckle. "But, I do know two people who have no plans whatsoever."

"Uh...you sure? Because the last time I let those two babysit, my house was a mess." I sent a worried glance to Stiles.

"Wait..." Stiles' eyes widen. He took a step towards me and took the phone out of my hand. He put it on speaker. "Steve, who is it you have in mind? Please say it's Peter and Ned and not the other two."

"Okay, those were the ones I had in mind..."

"Well, I'll give them a call." I sighed, rubbing my temple. "Thanks, Steve."

"Anytime kid. You be careful out there, people get crazy around this time. They won't care if you're pregnant to shove you over." Steve warned.

"I'll like to see them try." I scoffed.

"Maybe I should find another sitter to watch her." Stiles gave me a teasing smirk.

"Stiles." I gave him a warning look.

"Bye, talk to you guys later." Steve chuckled out.

"Bye!"

"Alright, you call them." Stiles gave me my phone back. "I'll get these two to bed."
