The uneasiness and anxiety started to really dig into Soobin. He stared blankly onto the ceiling, watching the fan sway around in endless circles. Still feeling very much awake, he turned to the clock which sat on the vanity on his right; it was 1:09 am. He has been trying to sleep for the past 2 hours.
Soobin got up gingerly from his bed and made his way to Yeonjun's room. He carefully opened the door, and to his surprise, Yeonjun was still awake; he was on his bed, reading a book.
"Can't fall asleep?" Yeonjun asked, looking up from the book. Soobin bit his lip and gave Yeonjun a weak nod, for some reason, just the sight of the male made him feel teary-eyed.
He patted the space on his right, gesturing Soobin to lay there. Soobin made himself comfortable and nestled his head onto the male's thigh. Yeonjun gave a soothing hum, lulling the male to sleep.
If this was a dream, Soobin didn't want to wake up from it.
