The atmosphere in the car was completely silent, neither of the males dared to say a word to each other as Soobin shuffled his feet uncomfortably to the side. Even with the icy AC of the car blowing harshly against his cheeks, he could still feel the hot air encircling Mr Choi, who was in a very bad mood.

"Oh, that's a shame, just so you know Soobin will be staying at your place from now on," Bang Si Hyuk said flatly. Both Yeonjun and Soobin gaped at him with their mouths hanging open as their brains tried to process what their ears had just delivered to it.

"SAY WHAT!?" Both males shouted at once after a good minute of silence.

"I thought you guys read the contract? In one of the rules... hmm let's see- ah! Here it is!" Bang Si Hyuk flipped through the contract before pointing towards rule No. 28

28. Both parties are will be staying at either of their houses until the contract ends.

Yeonjun grabbed the paper out of his hands and quickly read the rule, unable to believe what he had just heard and needed to see it for his own eyes. Soobin took a peek over Yeonjun's shoulder as he read it as well. They both collectively let out grunts of frustration as they soon had to accept the fate that has been hiding in front of them all along.

Trying to ease his throbbing headache, Yeonjun placed a hand on the car window which was supporting his head. I should've read the contract thoroughly, he scolded himself internally. The fact that he will now have a parasite leeching off his place to stay for the next 5 months only served to irritate him even further.

Soobin wasn't fond of the idea of staying at Mr Choi's house either. The poor boy felt as if Yeonjun could eat him up any second.

Anxious, Soobin squirmed in the corner of the passenger seat, picking at its threads with his fingernails, realising that this wasn't a dream but the harsh reality he had to endure.

"Stop squeezing yourself in the corner, you're gonna break the seat," Yeonjun snapped at Soobin.
"Ok, Yeonjun-hyung," Soobin replied anxiously.
"Excuse me? Since when did you decide to be so casual around me. Unless it's for the paparazzis, but other then that, call me Mr Choi," he scowled.
"Y-yes," Soobin said with a shaky voice.

After what seemed like ages, the two have arrived at Yeonjun's house. For lack of a better word, the exterior 2-story bungalow seemed luxurious, with numerous glass windows, a huge balcony that extended all the way to the end of the house, purely white walls, and occasional pale stoned ones for decor. Soobin thought the place was huge- considering the fact that a 21-year-old man lives here all on his own. Well, it's much bigger than the single flat he lives in any way.

Without even realising, his mouth was forming a small gape as Soobin was absolutely astonished by the house' grand splendour. He quickly closed it after hearing Yeonjun mutter something which sounded a lot like "country bumpkin".

The inside of the house seemed even bigger than it was from the outside. For starters, the living room was massive and decorated beautifully with purely white walls ( which towered over Soobin ), a huge TV screen, long white couches that had stuffed pillows resting on them, and a large glass panel that displayed the mini garden outside.

Yeonjun brought Soobin to the second floor and showed him the room he would be sleeping in for, well literally until the contract ends, it was approximately 132 square feet with a queen-sized bed and a vanity beside it. Soobin was half-expecting the room to be just as grand as the rest of the house did, but then again, he had to remind himself that Mr Choi isn't the most generous person.

"If you need anything I'll be in the room next door. Don't.bother.entering or even knocking unless it's something urgent," spoke Yeonjun.

"Understood," Soobin replied flatly. Why would he even have the thought of entering Mr Choi's room? If he had a death wish, he supposed.

Just as Yeonjun got ready to leave and call it a night, he heard a loud rumble coming from behind him. Letting out a sigh, he turned around as he asked, "Did you have dinner?"

Soobin shooked his head, he didn't have time to have an early dinner since he assumed he would be free to go back to his apartment and cook something light once the appointment was over.

Yeonjun let out another heavy sigh and gestured Soobin to follow him to the kitchen.

Once they were at the kitchen, Yeonjun reached for a cup of ramyun from a shelf and poured hot water into the cup of noodles. "Wait for the noodles to be ready and eat it, after you're done just quickly wash up and head back to bed okay?" Without even sparing another glance at Soobin, he went back up to his room.

Soobin let out a sigh of relief once Yeonjun was out of sight.
Finally I'm alone.
The poor boy felt like a deer caught headlights throughout the entire night. He looked over the counter and ate his ramyun quietly. After he was done, he quickly washed the utensils and went back to his room for a quick wash.
