Yeonjun woke up the next day to a splitting headache. With a groan, he got out of bed, feeling dizzy and weak. He reached to his forehead. It was slightly warmer than usual. Just to be sure, Yeonjun took a thermometer from his drawer.
38.4°C
Yeonjun's eyes bulged at the number. Was it because I got drenched in the rain yesterday? He asked himself, then only recalling himself crying for hours while still wearing the clothes that got wet from the rain. Yeonjun mentally slapped himself for making such a stupid move that would surely get him sick.
Yeonjun reached for his phone and dialed Secretary Kim.
"Secretary Kim, I feel slightly feverish today. Would it be okay if I take the day off?" Yeonjun asked, his voice sounding nasal and muffled.
"Oh, it's alright I guess. You don't have anything important today. You don't sound too good either so I'll cancel any appointments scheduled today. Please rest up." She said.
"By the way, could you please send some food over?" Yeonjun asked.
"I'm so sorry but I'm currently helping the crew reschedule the shoots, I'll get someone else to help send the food over though!"
"Oh alright thank you, Secretary Kim,"
"No problem, now take care,"

Soobin was on his way to his university until he was stopped by a phone call.
"Hello?" He asked, picking up the call.
"Hi Soobin it's me, Secretary Kim. I need you to do me a favour if that's alright. " Secretary Kim spoke.
"Of course, what is it?"
"Right, so Yeonjun caught a cold- and a fever as well. I'm a little busy here so I need you to help me deliver the food to his place as well as to watch over him- he doesn't handle things too well when he's sick. I've already notified the school that you won't be able to go to classes today due to a sudden rescheduling of the shoot." She explained.
"Oh, I see. Very well then, where do we meet?"
"TYU building, I'll be at the lobby. Thank you Soobin!"
"No problem!"

After Soobin collected the food from Secretary Kim, he headed towards a nearby convenience store to get some fever pills for Yeonjun.
"I'd like to pay for these please," Soobin said to the cashier, placing the packet of pills over the counter.
"Alright," He replied, taking the pills.
As the cashier was scanning the barcodes, he kept looking at Soobin strangely with a raised eyebrow.
"Wait a minute- aren't you the Choi Soobin? The one who's dating Choi Yeonjun?" He asked, tilting his head to get a better look at Soobin through his mask and hood.
"I'm sorry- I think you got the wrong person," Soobin mumbled in a deep voice.
"No- you're definitely him!" The cashier cried, searching his pocket for his phone.
Soobin wanted to get out of the store immediately, being recognised in public made him feel extremely uncomfortable. Just as he was about to grab the packet of pills off the counter, he felt a grip on the sleeve of his hoodie.
"Please! Just one photo with you! My daughter would freak out if she knew a celebrity visited the store while I was working!" He asked desperately, now both of his hands grabbing onto Soobin's sleeve.
"I'm sorry but I can't- if there's nothing else I'm leaving. Have a good day," Soobin said, finally breaking from the man's grip and running out of the store.

Soobin entered the house with the bags of medicine and food in his hands, the living room was dead silent so he assumed Yeonjun was resting in his room. He headed upstairs and knocked on the door of Yeonjun's bedroom.
"Come in," Yeonjun grumbled from the other side of the door.
Soobin walked into the room to see Yeonjun bundled up in blankets.
"Thank you for stopping by Secretary K- Wait, what are you doing here?" Yeonjun asked, looking at Soobin.
"Well, Secretary Kim's busy so she asked me to look after you in her place," Soobin said.
"I know but, don't you have school?"Yeonjun asked, sitting up.
"Skipped it,"
Yeonjun mouthed an "Oh" and returned back to sleep.
"Aren't you hungry?" Soobin asked.
"Don't have an appetite," He grumbled in response.
"Even so you should eat something- the porridge is going to go cold," Soobin advised, looking down at the container in his hands.
"Fine," Yeonjun groaned, helping himself up from his bed as he wobbled down the stairs to the dining room to eat.
Soobin carefully poured the porridge into a bowl for the male and served it on the table. Yeonjun took small spoons of porridge, he couldn't help but notice Soobin staring at him eat.
"What?" He asked.
"I'm sorry if this is a bit too intruding but- Is there a reason as to why you're always scared whenever there's a storm?" Soobin asked.
Yeonjun stopped for a minute, wondering what he should reply with.
"I'll tell you when the time comes," He mumbled, taking another spoonful of porridge.
"Oh okay," Soobin said, beating himself for asking that question.
Soobin reached for his phone and turned the SNS application on, he hasn't opened it ever since Monday, the day the news of him dating Yeonjun got published, afraid that he'd get bombarded with messages. Just as he had anticipated, he got over 10,000 messages all from his friends, classmates, and strangers.
He didn't even want to read them, he wasn't used to being under the spotlight, neither did he enjoy it. Out of frustration, he deleted the app, swearing to himself to never read the messages.
"Is everything okay?" Yeonjun asked.
"It's nothing," Soobin said, putting away his phone.

Soobin washed up the dishes and Yeonjun headed back to his room for some rest. Just as Yeonjun was about to close his eyes, he heard a knock on the door.
"Come in," he said.
Soobin entered the room carrying a tray with a glass of water and a pill.
"You forgot to take your medicine downstairs," Soobin said, passing the tray to Yeonjun.
"Ah, right.." Yeonjun said grimly, taking the tray from Soobin. He quickly popped the pill into his mouth and took the glass of water with a sour expression on his face.
"You're an adult yet you can't take tablets?" Soobin asked in a joking manner.
"I don't like them," Yeonjun grumbled, making himself comfortable in his bed.
"Alright, the pills will make you a little drowsy so get some rest," Soobin said, picking up the tray and placing the empty glass on top of it.
"Okay, okay," Yeonjun mumbled.
"And-" Yeonjun said, just as Soobin was about to leave the room.
"T-thank you," Yeonjun stuttered.
"Rest up," Soobin replied, a smile spreading across his face.
