Hana (花) means "flower"
My Hana (flower): The doctor's say I have one month left to live before my body fills with petals. I, Hinata Shoyo, has fallen in love with not just one man, but multiple. The fact that they all don't love me back consumes me...
The twins sat there, staring off into space, face expressionless, empty, blank. They held each other in a tight embrace, trying to soothe and comfort one another.

"Samu, Samu, was it my fault?"
He held onto his brother tightly, gently rubbing his back.
"No, Tsumu, don't blame yourself, I'm sure he had his reasons..."
He handed his brother the letter, holding it towards him.
"Here, read it, maybe you'll understand..."
Atsumu grabbed the letter, his salty tears soaking the envelope. He smiled softly, before nodding and opening the letter.
Osamu smiled softly, opening his letter too, as they read them synchronously.
Heyaaa! Hinata Shoyo reporting for duty! This letter is for Atsumu Miya! Hiya! How's it going? That was meant to be rhetorical...yeah, because I can't respond. I can't ask you how it's been, see you, look at you again.
It's a pity, isn't it, right...? You're getting this letter as my last words to you perhaps. As you know, I'm no longer in this world, I'm dead. And some may wonder why, but I'm sure you already know, that I died of Hanahaki. They say love is a double-bladed dagger coated with poison. It's sweet, yet it'll rip out your heart.
And that's exactly what it did. But, I decided to tell you, all of you the three words I didn't have the courage to muster up when I was alive. The three words I couldn't say when I'd choke on blood-drenched petals.
I, Hinata Shoyo, love you, Atsumu Miya. I hope you don't hate me after this now that you know my true feelings, but that's really what I want to say. Oh! Also, don't blame yourself, it's not your fault, okay?
Hinata Shoyo
And there it was.

Atsumu had thought his face seemed soft and plush, he squeezed it gently, teasing the younger boy. He got angry, letting out a little 'hmph' before he proceeded to squeeze the other's face, taking his revenge.
Atsumu smiled softly, as he gently waved the photo in front of Osamu. His brother looked up, tear-filled eyes, smiling softly, as his voice cracked before he spoke.
"Hah, Love, Tsumu...love...?"
His brother gulped, as he clenched the letter in his hands.
Atsumu smiled sadly, his voice was coarse, "Y-yeah...love..."
Osamu went over his letter again, tears staining the beautifully embroidered paper.
Hiyaaa! This is tooooooo Osamu Miya! It's Hinata Shoyo! Well, I'm sure you already know it's from me...haha. Ummm...Hi! :)
There's no point of writing that, but it's worth a try. I'm dead, Samu....well, I'm sure you know that already. I don't know when you're reading this, may it be weeks, months, years after, but I hope you understand a few things. Don't feel as if you're at fault, I'm a coward. I didn't have the guts to tell you all...
I didn't have the guts to tell all of you in person that I loved you, and I still do. I still love you. Even to the grave, they say death do us part, but sometimes maybe it might be selfish of me, but I don't want to part. I've accepted the fact already though.
Part of loving you is letting go. And I'll let go, as long as you're happy. I hope you live happily, Samu. Please, live happily. I love you, people love you, you're loved, so live your life to the fullest without regrets.
Hinata Shoyo.

Here lies the memory of Hinata Shoyo. He promised the younger to take him out for ice cream under one condition, which he obliged to. He was sunny and bright as ever. His voice hitched, as his heart pounded.
Osamu turned to his twin, looking at him with sad eyes. His hands shaky, as he showed him the picture with a soft smile. It quickly turned into a frown, as his vision became blurry, he couldn't see clearly. His cheeks were damp with salty tears.
The twins looked at each other, hugging each other tightly, as they sobbed into each other's shoulders. They held each other closely, wailing in pain.
"He loved us, Samu...didn't he...?"
"He did, Tsumu, he really did..."
The twins dried their tears, eyes red and swollen from crying. They looked at each other, smiling goofily.
"You look stupid."
"We're twins, stupid, we look the same."
They both chuckled as they sighed, holding onto the polaroid.
They went outside, the skies grey, darkened with rainy clouds.
They walked out towards a mountain. A beautiful sunflower laid there, right next to the shrine.
White flowers laid beneath it, as they all knew, what it was, more importantly who it was. Here lies Hinata Shoyo. Loved by all, a bright ball of sunshine. He was a son, brother, and loving friend to all.
The twins looked down at the sunflower, gently placing down a white rose, as a parting gift.
Atsumu cried into his brother's shoulder.
"He didn't deserve this Samu...He shouldn't have...why?"
And his brother softly whispered.
"He said that part of loving us, is letting go."
"W-why did he have to let go?"
"Because he wanted us to be happy, even if he had to let go."
And tears started falling from Osamu's eyes.
He yelled across the mountain.
"PART OF LOVING US IS LETTING GO."
And so, Atsumu yelled as well.
"WHY DID YOU LET GO?"
and they both turned at each other, hoarse voices, and all, as they screamed one final time.
"WHY LET GO, WHEN WE LOVE YOU TOO?"
"HINATA SHOYO, WE LOVE YOU."
They both huffed, panting, out of breath.
"WE LOVE YOU."
Perhaps their words may have reached him, maybe not, but at least, they had let him know. They'd let Hinata Shoyo know, that they loved him very much so.
