**Hey guys thanks so much for reading!

I'll answer an questions u have :)

As I backed out, I noticed Noah getting into his orange mustang, oblivious I was watching. I received a honk from the kid behind me and drove off. I arrived home and dads Ford was parked. I walked inside and said hello. "How was work?" I asked, sitting on a stool in the kitchen. "Didn't go remember I'm off." he laughed. As terrible as it sounded, I had almost forgot about he heart attack. "That's right!" I recalled, that painful memory flooding back. "How was school?" he asked in a more serious tone like he was concerned or something. "It was fine." I shrugged, willing to drop the subject. School right now was the least on my mind, surprisingly. "You making new friends?" he asked. I sighed, I wasn't in the mood for a therapy session. "Yeah, Denise and April." I replied. "That's good! You should invite them over sometime." he said with enthusiasm. "Yeah, maybe." I replied heading up to my sanctuary. I did all of my homework, washed, and found it was still early in the day. I guess I could invite Denise or April to do something. I decided to call up April since I might have had a chance of running into Noah which would make things awkward. Very awkward. I had called her and we decided to go to the school play tonight. Some Christmas play. We arrived at the school and we sat in the middle center, a perfect view of the brightly lit stage. Christmas lights were wrapped around the beams of the stage and trees were nestled in the corner. The set had a fireplace(not real), stockings, a big tree, and chairs with a couch. There werent a lot of people our age there, mostly families, but I was alright with that. April and I shared a lot of laughs throughout the night, one about the man in front of us who fell asleep and was snoring. By the end of the play, it was about eight and dark out. Everyone flooded into the foyer where they were handing out Christmas cookies and hot chocolate. I graciously accepted both and we stood in the building. I wasn't willing to go outside in the cold winter snow. I scanned through the crowd and noticed that guy I had ran into earlier. I forgot his name. April seemed to have spotted him. She nudged me. "There's Austin Drake. I heard he has a thing for you. Damn you, I wish I was the new girl." she raised her eyebrows. I laughed. "He's hot. But just because he is dosent mean I'd date him." I replied. April scoffed. "Are you kidding, I would!" she crossed her arms. I made eye contact with him and he smirked, walking over, his hands in his pockets. "Annabelle." he nodded. "Hi Austin, how'd you like the play?" April blurted. I commended her for her bravery. He turned to her and smiled. "It was ok. I came here with my little sister. She's playing with her friend somewhere around here." he glanced around. "I see." April nodded and I bit my lip. "So, first school play at Fisheads high, what did you think?" he smirked. I laughed. "I liked it." I nodded. "Good." he smiled. "Yeah." I nodded. "Listen so theres supposed to be a wild party at Dale Gringo's place. You two game?" he asked. "Oh my Geood! yes." April squealed. He turned to me. "You?" he smiled, trying to convince me. His charm didnt work on me, sorry! "Well parties aren't really my thing.." I shrugged. "Me neither really, just a fun time really." he replied. "Come on Anna! Pleaaaaseee!" April begged, drawing attention. "Fine." I threw my arms up, defeated. "Great." Austin smiled looking satisfied. "come on, let's get ready!" April hollered and Austin went to go find his sister. "Why are you my friend?" I sighed jokingly as she dragged me to the car and we drove to her house. He house was in town. A white medium sized house with navy blue panels. Her mom and dad had divorced, she lived with her mom. Her mom was at a girlfriends house. We went up to her room, and I called my dad letting him know I was at Aprils and that I was spending the night, leaving out the party. Her room was big, with a pink theme and big closet. "Okay youll just have to borrow something of mine." she clapped her hands together. "What's the big deal anyways?" I asked as she scanned the racks. "Dale Gringo. Im in love with him! Though I've only spoken to him a few times." she said and I laughed. "Gringo." I mocked. She mock glared and threw clothes at me. "Try those on." she said. They were sparkly and short. Oh no. I went to the bathroom to change. I had pulled on white short shorts that barely covered my ass and a silver sparkly tanktop that was really low cut. Hell no. But of course April begged and I agreed. I was such a people pleaser and I hated it. I had left my hair down and she had on a pink dress. "Wow we look like sluts."

I rolled my eyes as we got in the car. "We do not! Have a little fun girl." she smiled and drove.

We arrived. The house was big and I heard the music blaring from outside. "His parents are never home." she skipped towards the entrance as I followed, pulling up my shirt. We got in and the place was packed. It was an all invite for the seniors. Literally as we walked in everyone stopped and stared at me, the new girl. Literally everyone.'I could feel the gazes of guys with wandering eyes. I wanted to go home, right now. This was the one "crazy thing" everyone did in the little town. Like they felt like rebels or something. I noticed a few beer cans and gasped. I didn't drink. April was already hanging around Dale, a burly dark haired boy with piercing eyes. I pushed my way through the crowd, hoping to find a place to sit and try to relax. I found an empty chair and crashed in it. A few minutes later, I was talking to a couple girls who seemed nice and then moved on to making out with available guys. I stared at the carpet full of wrappers, cans, and whatever else junk. Suddenly, there was an announcement. "Annabelle Sage front and center!" it spoke. My eyes went wide and I stood up, people were pushing me towards Austin who had yelled that. Austin and I were in the middle of a big circle of people. "We need to give Anna a proper greeting dont you think?" he yelled and everyone cheered. "Time for Anna to get the dunking!!!" Austin yelled. My heart literally stopped. The dunking? I did not like the sound of that, at all. "No, I'm fine, really!" I said with desperation. But everyone was pushing me. I swore I was going to kill Austin, and April.
