When May and Coulson got back to the base form Australia, daisy was thrilled. She walked up to them huggin them both as the team followed behind her. They greeted their formed bosses as they chattered for a bit in the hallway. Daisy noticed something off about this reunion though.
May had her left hand hidden behind her back.
"May? Anything you wanna tell us?" Daisy asked pointing to her left hand hidden behind her back.
Coulson smirked at her and she looked at him and nodded a small yes
"Actually it's just Melinda now." Coulson said with a smirk. It took daisy two seconds to click the puzzle together.
"OH MY GOSH!!! YOU PROPSED TO MAY!!!!" She squealed, everyone immediately congratulated their two bosse. Elena then got a bit of confusion for the names
"Wait, do we still call you May in the field or? It would be weird if we both called you Coulson." Elena asked sheepishly.
"No you guys can still call me May in the field." She explained to the younger agent.
Elena smiled afterwards. The team started asking questions on how he asked her and how their trip went.
