I don't know why I just thought of this now after years with rewatching the show and watching it come out.
You know how Ward thinks of Fitzsimmons as his siblings or like he's trying to use them to replace his actual siblings?
If he sees Fitz as his younger brother
And Simmons as his younger sister.
Does that Mean Ward at one point had a sister but she died or some pthing happened to her if he thinks of Simmons that way?
It was really random thought that came into my head but I did think it thorough.
So I think Ward has or had a sister at one point in his life and she was kille dor somethingnlike that.
