AOS ONE SHOTS

Christmas Suprise

Sorry this one is late, I tried to get it out on Christmas Day or eve but I was busy but here it is!!

Coulson looked out from the stairs at the agents setting up the tree, All of the agents were dressed in Christmas sweaters and jeans or sweats with some type of fuzzy socks, Coulson was dressed in a black shirt with jeans and some red shoes. Daisy was chasing Mack she was armed with a ornament and Mack looked like he had the hook. Jemma and Fitz were putting tinsel around the tree and talking about the arrangement and scale of how it would make it look perfect they ended up arguing in hushed voices.

That got boring quickly.

He then smiled, he saw daisy successfully grab the hook out of Mack's hand. That's my girl, he though to himself. Daisy then stopped all of a sudden looking at Coulson who seemed to be looking at them all.

"You going to tell us we did something wrong or??" Daisy said bluntly out of nowhere, Coulson shook his head and chuckled slightly as the rest of the agents look his way. "No, I was admiring you all." He says from the stairs with crossed arms leaning against the wall. Daisy's mouth formed a little 'o'.  She looked at him and then to the team,"I guess we are pretty admirable aren't we?" She joked with a laugh followed by Mack. Coulson smirked at the Inhuman.

Daisy was off guard as Mack took the opportunity to snatch the ornament out of her hands and hold it above her head. She came back to her instincts and let a little squeak out when he snatched the red decoration,"HEY!" She gasped, she tried standing in her tippy toes and jumping for it as well. No luck, Mack was too tall for her. Elena burst out in laughter once at a random moment. Daisy and Mack looked over to what she was laughing at.

Hunter and Bobbi had been wrapped in tinsel by Fitzsimmons to keep them from quote 'Running away and Bobbi causing hunter to bump into the tree like last year." They All laughed. Coulson sighed deeply and admired the view of his family that him and may both saw as. Speaking of may, Coulson hadn't seen her this morning and it was noon already.

"Anyone seen May?" Coulson asked the younger agents. The nodded a no except for Bobbi,"I think she's upstairs." She respond and then went back to yelling at hunter and the others just smiled, laughed and continued decorticating the tree.

He walked up the stairs, He heard the song "All I Want For Christmas" playing. He just kept walking closer to the office door until he heard a voice singing along. That's when he stopped dead in his tracks and noticed It was Melinda singing to the song. He gasped lowly, His wife Melinda can sing? Without thinking he opened the door slightly as he saw May just humming occasionally singing and dancing to the lyrics, She then placing a box on the chair.. May looked up and then stopped in her tracks. 

"Never a day in my life would I have heard you sing." He joked, Melinda glared at him,"how long have you been standing there." She replied harshly, but she wasn't all angry he knew that.

"Long enough to know you can sing." He chuckled slightly, he walked over to her and stood right in front of her. She scoffed at him,"This never happened." She said sternly looking into his blue eyes. He crossed his arms in front of his chest and just hummed a reply back.

Something was different about the tension between the two. No words were exchanged until Melinda glanced up and her lips turned into a smirk. Coulson looked at her in confusion as he then looked up, hung on the ceiling was a misplaced mistletoe. He smirked slightly as well

"I must of forgot to take it down and because since what happened last year with the HuntingBird Incident---" May explained but was cut off by a warm feeling and a pair of hands holding her by the waist. It took her a few seconds before she realized that Coulson was kissing her, she remained still for another three seconds before sinking into the kiss. One os his hands around her waist pulling her closer and another tangled with her medium dark brown with slight black length hair. On arm was draped over his shoulder and her other was over his chest.

The kiss was long and sweet, They broke apart at some points when air became necessary. The kiss probably lasted for 2-3 minutes, The broke apart as the restated their foreheads on one another's. She smiled and He smirked.

The heard a sudden crash come from down stairs as the both looked to the doorway. She burst out with small laughter, he went stunned and was still. Hm hearing her laugh was the most beautiful and amazing sound he'd ever heard. He took a moment to adore and admire her, "seems like the overgrown kids have made a mess once again" She joked which resulted in a small chuckled from Coulson. 

The two of them walked downstairs to find daisy,Fitzsimmons, and hunter all wrapped in tinsel together, daisy was yelling at Elena and Mack for tieing them in the tinsel. May smiled at the scene"What happened here?" She asked looking at all of the younger agents. The all looked their way and then started to talk over one another. 

"Wait,wait,wait One at a time please." May said with a slight chuckled. The others just smiled but then went back to arguin completely ignore the fact that they had to explain, that would just end up with another argument. The rest of the day was just them decorating the base and tree and pulling a few pranks.

May loved them all as she saw Daisy as her daughter and Jemma as well. The two were close with each other and May was close with them both. She couldn't wait to tell Phil the news later on. But she had to admit she was scared and he wouldn't know if he would be happy with the news or if he would be upset and angry with her. She wouldn't know until she told him. 

The next day was Christmas, she wanted so tell him now when the where round the tree. One by one they opened there gifts and thanked the person wh got the gift for them. When it was May's turn came around she had given everyone there gifts including Jemma and Daisy. But nothing for Coulson.

"What about A.C?" Daisy questioned, May sighed at her and chuckled as well.

 "Actually I've been meaning to tell you something, all of you, but mainly Coulson, this would be your present." May explained to a confused Coulson and a confused team.

"What's the news?" Coulson asked his wife.

She took a deep breath,"I'm pregnant." She replied to him bluntly. Coulson took a few moments to collect his jaw from the floor, Daisy grinned widely as well as Jemma.

"Mel.." He whispered,"Wait, you're not kidding?  He asked with a smile in his face. She chuckled,"I'm not lying Coulson" She replied to his question. Before she knew it he picked her up and spinned her around before setting her down and kissing her briefly,"Melinda, This is amazing.." He whispered in her ear. A Small baby girl or boy was growing inside her with both his and her genes. Everyone congratulated May and Coulson. Daisy covered ear eyes when they kissed and she covered Jemma's too. They kissed again. Daisy then shouted out of nowhere

"Eww. Stop you too! They're are kids here!" She complained playful still covering her and Jemma's eyes. Jemma giggled. Melinda just laughed at the too. Elena suggested a baby name after that. Coulson shook his head no with a smile and laughed a little,"How far along are you?" Coulson asked her.

"Yeah how far mom?" Daisy asked looking at her," 1 week so far." She replied to the Inhuman and fixing a strand of hair behind her ear. "Coulson just layed his head on her shoulder. He was so happy, he just couldn't believe it. A baby with both of their genes, he would love their child so much. The team probably would too.

"Well I'm a doctor as well so, whenever you wnatthe gender just come to me!" Jemma squealed out. The team laughed at her as Leo just wrapped his arms around her waist drawing her closer to him as he then kissed her cheek.

The rest of the day was amazing, just like yesterday but they had played board games, watched movies and just overall enjoyed themselves. They all then went to bed which just left May and Coulson's still awake getting ready for bed in their room. He watched her get dressed for bed as he sat up on the bed, she climbed in next to him as he just kissed her forehead. She saw him place his hand on her stomach making little circles on it. She knew that he would love and care for their child with his life.
