His Forever[Sirius Black]

7. The Fight

(I rewrote this chapter a bit, specifically the end)

Izzy was curled up in an armchair in the Gryffindor common room reading when she heard a door close from up the dormitory stairs. Looking up from her book she saw Sirius and a brown haired girl descending the staircase exchanging a few whispers and a flirty glance before she left the common room.

"Wow you sure are making the rounds this year" Izzy  snorted

"What do you mean?" Sirius asked taking out a flask

"She's like the 3rd girl this week" Izzy answered

"It's just a bit of fun" Sirius laughed taking a long swig

"Well don't have too much fun we still have to study for potions tomorrow" Izzy said eying his flask "I wouldn't want you to be hungover"

"Whatever" Sirius grunted flopping on the couch "you're such a fucking buzzkill sometimes"

"Excuse me?" Izzy said raising an eyebrow

"I said you a fucking buzzkill" Sirius said louder

"You know I'm just expressing concern" Izzy exclaimed "and your drunk right now"

"So what if I am?" Sirius grumbled taking another swig

"Give me the flask" Izzy reached out her hand

"Piss off Izzy"

"I said give me the damn flask" Izzy stood up and walked over to him

"What the hell do you think you'll be able to do about it" Sirius scoffed going in for another sip. Izzy quickly snatched it out of his hands and screwed on the cap. "What the hell?!"

"You're not drinking any more of that" Izzy said pocketing the flask

"You can't just do that!" Sirius yelled

"I just did" she said standing up and retreating back to her chair

"Whatever. I'll just go up to my dorm where there's more alcohol" Sirius said stumbling up the stairs to his dorm.

"What's up with him" Lily noted walking into the common room.

"No clue he's been a real asshole ever since that Halloween party" Izzy said reopening her book

"That's odd I though he would have asked you out" Lily said sitting on the couch

"What?" Izzy exclaimed confusion clouding her mind

"You didn't notice?" Lily asked chuckling

"Notice what?" Izzy responded her book falling to the floor forgotten.

"He was totally checking you out at the party" Lily said

"What!?" Cried Izzy "He was not"

"He couldn't take his eyes off of you" laughed Lily "it hasn't been just at the party. I'm pretty sure he's had a crush on you for years now whether he noticed it or not until the party"

"Lily Evans are you on drugs because there is no way anyone sane could possibly think that Sirius Black could have a crush on me" Izzy said "besides he's a huge jerk and treats women like shit so in no possible reality would I ever like him in that way"

"Uh huh" Lily said sarcastically nodding her head "Sure Izzy"

"Your being ridiculous" Izzy said standing up "I'm going to to my dorm and don't try to follow me with your ridiculous accusations"  

She marched out of the common room in a huff just as James walked in. "What's up with Izzy?" He asked watching her leave.

"She's just mad that I said Sirius liked her" Lily responded
