"Excuse me young lady, it's time for you to leave" the librarian said and I looked at her sleepy. I didn't realize how quickly the time passed. I nodded and closed my book folding the page I am so I don't lose it.

The clock on the wall said it was exactly 10 pm so I started walking at the astronomy tower to meet up with Draco as we arranged. He came after a couple of minutes.

"Hi" I said as he sat next to me.

"How are you doing?" he asked and I exhaled.

"I had a huge fight with the others today" I said and he smirked.

"Yeah, I heard that. Actually the whole Great Hall heard it" he said and I grunted exhausted.

"Did you hear what was it about?" I asked and turned to look at him.

"No" he said kind of weird.

He knew.

"Anyway they are saying bullshit. That's why I acted like that, they think I will always follow their stupid rules" I said and he smirked before turning to the other side bringing out something.

"That's why I came with the right equipment" he said and was showing me a bottle of whiskey.

"Where did you get that?" I asked him laughing. Getting drunk with Draco at the astronomy tower was honestly the best thing that could happen to me at this school.

"Doesn't matter" he said and opened the bottle offering it to me. I took the glass bottle in my hand and drank a good amount of the liquid. It was burning but at the same time it was very good. I gave it back to him and he did the exactly same thing with me.

"Summer is in five months" he said after a while. The bottle was almost half full.

"Yeah I know. I like summer but I am going to hate this one" I said and then I lifted the bottle up to my mouth.

"Yeah me too. Why you?" he asked and I put the bottle down giving it to him.

"I haven't told you something" I said and he looked at me confused. I took a deep breath before saying, "I ran away from my house".

He wide opened his eyes, but he was also smiling.

"Wow. I mean you are brave Emily, but I didn't think you were that brave" he said and his words somehow relieved me. I smiled too but then I asked him, "why don't you want to go home for summer?".

He didn't look at me and took a sip from the bottle.

"If I was brave like you, I would had left my house ten times" he said ignoring my question.

"I can teach you if you want" I teased him and he looked at me laughing.

"So, how was the sex with Oliver?" he asked and I rolled my eyes.

"Great, he does it so well" I said with a high pitch voice and he raised his eyebrow looking at me.

"Bet he is not better than me" he said and I drank some of the alcohol.

"Hm he was actually" I said joking and he leaned closer at me but he was still far.

"When you will try me, we will talk again" he whispered to my face and my heart was beating fast.

"I don't think I need to try you. I can see you now" I said biting my lips from trying not to laugh.

"Well appearances are deceiving, isn't that what they say?" he asked licking his mouth and stared into my eyes.

"Yes they do" I said and looked down from the balcony at the earth.

It was quiet for a while but a small annoying sound was disturbing my ears. I looked at him and especially on his wrist.

"Why are you wearing a watch? You never do" I said and he nodded looking at the time.

"I guess I have my purpose" he said vaguely and I rolled my eyes.

Then I heard it making a loud noise like it was ringing while I tended to grab the bottle. While I was drinking I felt his eyes on me and I put the drink down to look at him. He was holding a small bag giving it to me and I looked at him confused.

"Happy birthday Emily" he said and I felt that my breath was taken away.

"What?" I said thinking I didn't hear well.

"Happy birthday, sweet sixteen. How do you want me to say. Isn't this how people wish to each other?" he asked laughing and I giggled shy.

"Thank you Draco. But how did you know?" I asked confused.

"At the library when you took your glasses out, on their case it was written 'happy birthday 29/1/94, love dad. So I guessed it" he said and I smiled feeling my stomach fluttering.

"So are you going to open it?" he asked giving me a small bag.

"I don't want people to spend their money on me" I complained and he rolled his eyes.

"Jeez Emily, this is not how you open your presents" he said and I nodded before untiring the ribbons on the bag.

When I opened it I found a small box inside and I took it curious in my hands. I glanced at him and he was smiling waiting for me to open it, so I did. A beautiful black green appeared in front of me with green details and a big emerald was on it. I looked at him surprised and then I took his palm into mine looking at his rings.

"Yes it's the same as mine" he said showing me his ring finger making my thoughts true. I wore mine on my ring finger and then placed my hand next to his comparing them. Mine was a little different since it is designed for women but the similarities were incredible.

"Thank you" I whispered unable to speak louder and I stared into his grey eyes.

"Really, thank you" I said normal and he nodded placing his hand on my cheek.

He leaned towards me and his lips met mine, with me responding immediately to his kiss.

I felt his eyes fluttering with his big eyelashes tickling my cheeks and I placed my hands into his face pulling him softly closer.
