Finally, the day has come. We were all standing between the platforms 9 and 10, ready to go through the walls. I saw mrs and mr Weasly hugging and saying goodbye to their children, so I turned around to find my dad. But I guess he was busy dealing with Harry right now, not even searching for me. Well, nothing new.

"Come here Em" I heard his voice behind me. I turned around and he stood with his arms wide open.

"I am going to miss you" he said while rubbing my head with his big hand softly.

"Me too" I stepped back from his hug. I saw the big o'clock behind me, it was 10.40 so we had to leave.

"I am going to send you an owl whenever I can" he smiled at me, with his blue eyes lightning under the morning sun.

"Take care kid" he said and I nodded before stepping away to the gate.

"Come on Fred, lets go" I said when I passed by him.

"What are you talking about Emily? I am George! " he said but I laughed ironically.

"You might fool your mother, but not me Freddie" I answered and he rolled his eyes.

"I will never convince you huh!"

"Never!" I closed my eyes and ran through the wall.

"It's so nice to finally see you again guys. I've missed you" Luna said with her calm voice, and I realized how much I am looking forward for our long midnight conversations. She is the best listener and talker at the same time.

"Yes guys. We missed you" Neville added showing us his unique teeth. He has lost a few pounds since last year.

"Well, now we are all together and this is going to be our year. I can feel it!" Hermione shouted with hope and everyone smiled, including me. I am not really sure about this, but I know that this year is going to be different than the others.

"Emily! How I missed you!" Hagrid noticed me and squeezed me in his big body, almost smashing me.

"Its great to see you too Hagrid. How have you been?" I tapped his back so he could let me breathe again.

"Just the usual, you know. Forbidden forest is quiet lately which is a good thing, I think. But where are the others? Shouldn't you be with them?" he asked worried and we stopped walking, standing outside of the schools entrance door. Hagrid is not allowed to pass this line, so we just stood there.

" They are having a dinner. I should now go too, if you don't mind" I answered kindly and he nodded.

"I understand, you can go. I will wait you tomorrow for our little tea appointment" he reminded me pointing with his index finger.

"It's a date!" I shouted before closing the big door behind me and finally entering Hogwarts. The reason I stay out of trouble, to not miss a single day of it.

My home. I am back.

I realized I was a bit late and probably lost the introduction of the new teachers. I started walking faster, until my ear caught some loud talking in a corner were no light was shown.

"Mudbloods like you don't have a place here" I heard a familiar voice saying and some other people's laughing.

"Please, leave me alone. I didn't do anything" the other person said trembling and I felt so sad for her. It sounded like a little girl. I took my head out and saw a blonde boy surrounded by two bigger ones with a stupid look on their faces.

Draco, Crabbe, Goyle.

"So, Malfoy can't bully the kids of his age so he turnes to the little ones. How clever is that!" I clapped my hands sarcastically and stood out of my little hiding place. All four people looked at me, the three ones not really happy.

"Well well well... What do we got here" he said and with a movement of his hand he stood with his bodyguards in front of me. The little girl started running away and the other ones didn't notice. His gray eyes were fulled of hate.

"Emily Black, am I right? Don't ever get involved again in my businesses" he warned and I laughed.

"You mean by bullying little kids? Come on mr Malfoy. I thought you were better than that" he looked at me surprised, probably because he saw that I wasn't afraid of him.

"Be careful how you speak to me Black" he spat out his words and I could see he was getting really angry. I was enjoying this though.

"Or else what?" I took a step forward challenging him. He was ready to say something until we heard a noise.

"Crap" I whispered and got terrified. If Flinch finds me, I am dead.

"This is not over" Draco said on my face before he started walking away to the halls. I turned around and headed to the dinning room as I should did 30 minutes ago.

"Where have you been?" Ginny asked worried as I sat next to her.

"Uhm something came up. It's okay now" I answered. I noticed that my answer didn't convince her but I didn't care.

"So, what did I miss?" I changed the subject as I started putting food in my plate.

"Okay, so the teachers are all the same but guess what! Hagrid is the new care of magical creatures teacher! Isn't it so cool?" she said happy and I gasped.

"That's amazing actually" now I get to see Hagrid more and inside of the school.

They served the dessert (after Ron's many complaints) and for tonight it was an apple pie and fruits.

"I thought it was going to be something with chocolate..." I heard Ron saying with sadness and I laughed a little. Actually apple pie is my favorite, so I was happy that they served us this.

"Hey Em. Why is Malfoy staring at you?" Harry asked me from across the table and I searched at the Slytherin table. His eyes were all over me, not with the nicest look.

"No idea" I moved my shoulders and started eating my applepie.
