*A/N K just kidding the next chapter (maybe chpt 25) will b rated 14+ Because of sexual content lolOLOLOLOL also i had my snowboarding lesson today, and i was like squealing bc my instructor had an australian accent, and looked like calum hood k. Like ASDFGSKQOWJEKLABJKVAK. And he said my name (and hes australian right so in an accent) and i kept thinking its what calum would sound like saying my name KSDBALABSIAON.*

Newt POV

Y/N and I stood, hand in hand, staring at the maze doors.

"Shuck." Y/N turned he head and stared at me with scared eyes.

I pulled her into me and cradled her.

"Its alright Y/N..you've done this before right? We'll be safe." I rocked her slowly back and forth, placing my chin on the top of her head.

"Newt, maybe we should go and try and find the way outa here.." Y/N Suggested, pulling away from my grasp.

"Yea we-"

SCREEEEECH.

Our heads snapped the direction of the sound. It was a greiver.

"We better go." Y/N said. She started running.

"Y/N!! Wait I can't go that fast!" I limped as fast as I could. She turned around and faced me.
My eyes left her face and trailed to behind her.

"Y/N...." My eyes went wide and im pretty sure she got the message. She slowly turned around, and came face to face with the slimy beast.

SCREEEEEECH!

The horrific noise came out of its gruesome mouth. Y/N backed away and then turned, starting a full om sprint. I tried to run and keep up as much as I could.

"Y/N!!! That way! That sections closing!!!!" I screamed and pointed to the left. She nodded furiously and kept running. Then she stopped; but I continued. I stood at the end of the section.

"Y/N!!! THE WALLS ARE CLOSING COME ON!" She gave me a 'trust me' look. Then she turned and faced the greiver.

"C'MON YOU SHUCK FACED PIECE OF KLUNK!" She screamed. As if the griever understood it made the horrific noise it makes. Before it could touch her, she ran.

"Y/N!! Faster! The doors are about to close. "DONT LOOK BACK!"

Seconds before they closed, she jumped and fell ontop of me. I peered over her head to see that the greiver was squished in between the walls.

"Nice thinking love." I smirked. She rolled her eyes.

"Thanks 'love'." She mimicked me.

"You know I would kiss you so hard right now and finish what we started but were kinda in this shuck maze; plus I dont wanna meet these guys friends. Lets go." I kissed her forhead. She pushed herself off of me, and I immediately felt cold. She grabbed my hand, pulling me up and we started walking back to the east doors.

We've been in here for a long time now.

I looked up at the sky. It was getting lighter.

"Its almost morning. Then we can get outa here." She smiled softly. I nodded and squeezed her hand. She squeezed back.

"That should symbolize I love you." I smiled.

Y/N laughed, "Squeezing our hands? Seriously?"

"Yea!" I kissed her cheek. She blushed.

After walking hand in hand in silence for a few minutes, we arrived at the east doors. The dusty wind came once again, and with a huge click, the doors started opening with a grinding noise. I noticed the other gladers waiting.

"What the hell were you thinking?" Chuck said and ran up to Y/N hugging her. She hugged him back.

"Just forget it Chucky."

"Y/N I am very disappointed with you." Chris said amusment written on his face.

"Shut up shuck face." she said and punched his arm.

Y/N POV

Newt, Minho, Thomas and I were just chatting while eating dinner, until I realized I needed to go back into the maze.

"Newt, we need to go back into the maze." Minho, Thomas and Newt stopped eating and stared at me.

"You just got out Y/N! What is this, a death wish?" Minho said flailing his chicken leg around.

"Why the bloody hell do we need to do that?" Newt asked me.

"The greiver Newt. Remember? In the wall? We need to dissect that thing. See if thered anything we can find. Minho you haven't found anything in what..three years?" I said and picked at my salad.

"Ugh I bloody remember Y/N. Dont bring it up." A shiver ran down Newt's back.

"Yea we haven't found a clue since..forever. So yo- Wait...dissect a griever?" Minho asked eyes wide.

"Yea. I killed one. Get that through your shuck brain." I said.

"Well..I think this could be an opportunity to get out of this place." Thomas said.

"Yea..good thinking Y/N." Newt piped in.

"Ok. Meet me behind the map room in fifteen." I said and stood up.
