CHAPTER 22

Dirty chapter ahead!

I remember a few weeks ago, when I met Kaden to spend an afternoon together, we decided to watch the two Fantastic Beasts movies together, because I loved those movies and Kaden had never seen it. So I made him watch it, just like I made him watch all the Harry Potter movies.

So, tonight, we decided to match costumes in a way no one but us could figure it out. I was going as Dumbledore (the young version of him, the one who appears at Fantastic Beasts), so I was wearing grey social pants, a grey vest, a white social shirt, black tie, and I had put some hair gel on my blond locks to make my hair look darker and in the same style as the character appears in some scenes of the movie. When someone asked who I was, I told them I was just a random man who lived in the 90s.

And Kaden was going as Grindelwald. As his costume had more specific clothes, he told our friends which character he was representing. He had black social pants, a blue vest, a white social shirt that had the first buttons open, a black tie under his shirt, a big dark blue coat that went until his shin, and he was wearing black boots. I don't know exactly why, but looking at him with this outfit was making me feel hot, and I wanted to rip his clothes off. Oh my God. What is happening to my brain? When did I become so horny?

"I'm just saying water is a magical thing! I mean, it's s transparent and it's in everything" Jimmy rambled about everything that crossed his mind, everyone sending him a confused expression, less Will that was nodding along, agreeing with what he said, and Andrew who was chuckling.

We were at a snack bar because we decided to have something to eat before heading to the party. I had taken the seat beside Kaden in this sort of couch, and our knees were touching under the table, his touch enough to make me not pay attention at what was happening at my surrounds.

I felt Kaden's pinkie finger rub the skin of my hand that was in the space between us, and my head involuntarily snapped to the side to see he was pretending to pay attention at what Jimmy was saying. I discretely rubbed his skin with my own finger, and I saw by the corner of my eye Kaden trying to hide a smile. I bit the inside of my gum to hide my own, looking down at my lap to do so.

Our pinkies enlaced together at some point, and not being able to kiss Kaden or simply rest my head on his shoulder pained me. But he was by my side, and even hidden, we found a way to show each other what we felt, and that was enough to make me happy.

Eventually, we had to let go of each other's hands so we could eat, and soon we were out of the snack bar and heading to the party.

We were walking down the street; everyone was messing around, less Jack, who was always serious. But Will now was trying to talk to him, despite doing practically a monologue. I didn't know if Jack was even listening to what he was saying, but he wasn't yelling for him to back off, so that was something.

I was distracted observing them, slightly apart from the rest of the group, when a low voice behind me sounded.

"You look so hot, Ethan"

I didn't even realize Kaden had approached me for behind, so I jumped when he whispered close to my ear. Kaden laughed at my fright, and I smacked his chest for him to stop.

"Ethan?" I grimaced playfully "You already gave up on babe?"

"Not at all" He shook his head "I'm going to use petnames all the time now, sweetheart" He gave me one of his gorgeous smiles.
