Liam Leighton

*Beep beep beep*

"I'm awake bitch."

*Smack* "What's on the news today."

I decided to read through a few articles.

.

.

.

"Aahhh. I need to take a shower now."

.

.

.

.

"Good morning Ann."

"Good morning Liam.

Eh Ann, did you drink last night?"

"Only a lil, why?"

"Oh. That's why I mean u usually have some fucked up hungover."

"Aaahh,

do you want some breakfast tho?"

"OF COURSE."

"Eh, have you heard about the internship at Xavier Inc?" Said Ann when he made our breakfasts.

"Oh, I haven't, do you think I should apply there?"

"I mean they need your degree Liam. and it's pretty rare here."

My eyes light up with interest a second after Ann says that.

"Wait, ain't Xavier Inc is the company that has a 10% economic impact in the USA?"

"Yup."

"Woah, let me apply there."

"I'll support you no matter what Liam."

"Thank you Ann."

After eating my breakfast I went to take a cab because the headquarter is pretty far from my apartment. After 20 mins worth of ride, I got there and I looked up with disbelief. The building is 26 stories tall, glass and marble covered the whole building. I entered the lobby and my oh my, the main lobby is so luxurious and modern, I think one couch here would cost as much as my whole life.

"Hello sir, may I help you."

"Uh, good morning ma'am, where should I go for the internship registration?"

"Oh, you may follow me."

We got to the 3rd floor.

.

.

.

.

.

"Here you go, sir."

"Thank you very much, ma'am."

And thus, the interview began. The interviewers ask me about my motivation for working here, where did I heard from it, and other basic ass things.

.

.

.

.

.

.

.

"Let us inform you within a week if you got accepted, sir."

"Thank you very much, ma'am."

.

.

.

.

.

.

"Now, what should I do, I mean I have a day off." I grumbled to myself while walking through the lobby.

"Have a good day sir."

"You too."

Well, the day went pretty nice. I explored this part of the city, took some pics, and ate a takeaway. It's starting to get dark and I called a cab to go home.

.

.

.

.

"Hi Liam."

"Hi.

What are you doing?"

"Oh, cooking some dinner. Want some?"

"Sure."

.

.

.

.

.

.

"So how's the interview."

"It went great, the interviewer is nice. All of 'em were nice and comforting, I can't wait to work there."

"Ah, I see."

"So how's yours?"

"Basic." She smiled at me.

I ate dinner and went to sleep.
