"I still can't believe you're a wizard," Jack said with a smile on his face as they entered school.

"Shh," Matt shushed him. "Don't say it around people."

"Oh, sorry," Jack quickly said. "When can we talk about it?"

"When mortals aren't around," Matt said.

"So I can only talk about it around you and your family?" Jack said.

Matt nodded.

"And the Russos?"

"Uh - huh. Do they know I know?"

"Not yet," Matt said. "I haven't told them that you found out."

Jack nodded.

They went to Jack's locker and lean against a locker as Jack opened his.

"What are you going to do after the game on Friday?" Jack asked.

"Alex and I are going on a date on Friday," Matt said.

"Ooh," Jack said. "Where are you taking her?"

"We're going to the movies," he said.

"Please tell me you're not taking her to some romance movie," Jack said.

Matt scoffed. "I wish, but Alex said that there's some romcom movie she really wants to go too. Some actor she likes is in it."

He took a deep breath.

"It shouldn't be too bad, right?"

"I guess not," Jack said. "What are you going to do after the movie?"

"Probably dinner or something," Matt shrugged. "We'll see what happens."

Jack smiled.

Friday rolled around and after Matt finished with the basketball game, he went home, took a shower and went to pick up Alex.

"Hey," Matt said, smiling.

"Hey, Matty," Alex said, kissing him on his cheek.

"Ready to go?" he asked.

"Yup," she nodded.

"Take care of her!" Jerry called to Matt as he and Alex walked out of the shop.

Matt waved at Jerry as he closed the door behind him.

"How was the basketball game?" Alex asked as Matt took her head.

"Good," Matt said. "We won... again."

Alex smiled.

"Told ya so," Alex said.

"You didn't say anything," Matt rolled his eyes.

"I did so! I did tell you that you guys were gonna win!"

Matt shock his head with a smile on his face.

They got to the movie theater and Matt paid for the tickets and snacks.

"Where do you want to sit?" Matt asked, scanning the seats.

"Let's sit near the back," Alex said.

They went to the back and took their seats.

Matt stretched.

"If you wanna put your arm around me just do it," Alex said.

"I was just stretching," Matt said, putting his arms down. "I wasn't going to do some move on you."

"Yeah, sure, you were," Alex smiled, shaking her head.

The lights dimmed and commercials began.

Matt rolled his eyes at the commercials, wishing they would end already so the movie can start.

The commercials ended and the movie began.

Matt took a deep breath when the lights dimmed even more and the movie finally began.

After the movie ended, Matt and Alex left the movie theater.

They ran into a few of their friends from school as they headed out.

Matt and Alex headed to a restaurant near the movie theater and got a table.

"Alright, what are you hiding from me?" Alex said after they placed their ordered.

"What?" Matt said, laughing nervously. "I'm not hiding anything."

"Liar," Alex said. "Matt, we grew up next to each other our entire lives. I know when you're hiding something from me."

"Okay," he gave in. "So, Rose and I had a wizards lesson the other night. And Jack stumbled upon it during the lesson."

Alex leaned back in shock.

"He found out. We had to tell him," Matt said.

"So he knows you're a wizard?" Alex asked.

"He knows we're wizards," Matt corrected.

"What?" Alex said, shocked.

"Look, Jack has noticed growing up that weird things have always happened around us," Matt said. "The moment we told him we're wizards, he put two and two together and he realized you guys are wizards too. But we made sure he promise not to tell anyone about any of this."

Alex didn't say anything.

She leaned back on her chair.

"Alex?"

"Wow," Alex said. "I mean, its kinda great that he knows, but..."

"We'll get in trouble if they find out a mortal knows we're wizards," Matt said.

"Yeah," she nodded.

Their waitress brought their food and they began eating their food and paid for the food.

After dinner, Matt and Alex headed home.
