REPUBLIC CITYThe avatar and the heiress spent the night cuddling. Asami's heart was racing throughout the night whilst Korra just fell asleep in a couple of seconds.
Asami was the first two wake up out of the two. Her arms were a little numb since the avatar had slept on it all night. But she wasn't complaining.
She got up and headed for the bathroom, were she got herself ready. In the midst of her brushing her teeth, she realised that she had a meeting at the company.
She had to head back home, since she needed new clothes and some of her essentials. Once she had put her shoes on, she went to check if Korra was awake.
However, she wasn't. And Asami didn't want to ruin her beauty sleep so she just let her be. The heiress left without the avatar knowing.
...
"Miss Sato, your late." said her assistant.
"I know and I am sorry." Asami walked straight passed her. "Is the person I'm suppose to be meeting in there?"
"Actually.." her assistant looked at her notebook and then back at her. "They haven't come. There was an issue with the trains this morning. I've emailed the company about it but I haven't gotten any response."
"Which means that if they don't respond in the next hour, the meeting will be cancelled." smirked Asami.
"Yes ma'am." the assistant looked at the schedule for Asami. "After that, you have a couple of blueprints to look at, and then you are free."
"Great. Am I allowed to look at the blue prints whilst waiting?" asked Asami who wanted to leave as soon as possible.
"Of course, your the CEO after all." teased her assistant.
"Oh stop it."
...
Korra woke up alone. No Asami besides her. She immodestly
Korra woke up to a cold sensation. She realised that Asami wasn't with her anymore. At first, she just brushed it off and returned to sleep. After another hour passed, she realised that Asami still wasn't there.
Finally, she stood up groggily and looked for the girl.
The bathroom was empty but she could tell the raven-haired had used it since there was make
up stains on the sink.Nobody was downstairs, which made Korra feel a little sad. Asami had left without telling her.
She tried to think positive of it. Maybe Asami was busy, or she had a very important meeting.
The avatar got bored of home and decided to go for a stroll. She missed her polar dog and forgot to ask Asami about it yesterday. Korra wanted to go to her mansion and see Naga, but at the same time, she didn't wanna look needy.
So she brushed that idea away.
Her stomach growled loudly which made a lot off people stare at her. She blushed and looked down, running to the market.
The avatar was wandering around for a bit, forgetting that she was hungry. It wasn't until
someone called her name that she realised why she was here.
