AIR TEMPLE ISLAND

Opal and Asami's rooms were next to each other. Korra was standing outside, deciding which room to choose.

If she goes with Asami, there would be two possible outcomes. A fight would occur between the two probably about Yaran. Or the two would make up and spend all night cuddling.

But if she goes with Opal, then she wouldn't have anything to worry about. She would just have to walk in and she would already be asleep.

"Uhh Korra? What are you doing here?" asked Opal who was standing right behind her.

Korra quickly turned around. "Nothing bad! Pema just told me that I have to share a room with either you or Asami since there isn't any other vacant rooms."

Opal smirked as she thought of a mastermind plan. "Well, my room is a little cramped. So why don't you share a room with Asami?"

"I-I don't mind sleeping on the floor, I'm sure Tenzin has a lot of pillows." stuttered Korra.

Opal grabbed Korra by the wrist and walked over to Asami's door. "Don't be shy, she has a massive bed all to herself. I'm pretty sure she will feel guilty if she finds out your sleeping on the floor."

"B-but-"

"No buts!" Opal opened Asami's door and pushed Korra in. "Have fun you two." she then closed the door.

Asami was in the middle of changing her clothes when Opal threw Korra inside the room. The heiress luckily had her trousers on, however she wasn't wearing any shirts.

"I'm extremely sorry for disturbing you." Korra bowed. "Pema said I should share a room with you or Opal and Opal told me her room is cramped."

"I know."

Korra looked at her confusedly for a second but then she realised the heiress was not fully dressed. She immediately turned around but her face was a blushing madness.

Asami smiled from ear to ear. "We are both girls, you don't have to be shy."

"Well.. I'd rather give you privacy." mumbled Korra.

"Thank you." said Asami. "Can I ask why you were trying to sleep in Opal's room rather then mine?"

"I thought you were mad at me and didn't want to see me at all." confessed Korra.

Asami sat down on the bed and patted the area besides her. Korra gulped before she walked over and sat there.

"I'm not mad at you." stated Asami.

Korra looked down at her lap. "But you looked angry earlier. Like you never wanted to talk to me again."

Asami's heart softened when she heard that from Korra. "You've got it all wrong. I was jealous not angry. And in fact, at that moment, I wanted to be the one talking to you."

"Really?" Korra turned to look at her. "Why didn't you try talk to me then?"

Asami sighed. "I was too busy thinking about my
pride which was very immature of me. I'm sorry if I made you feel like that."

"It's alright." uttered Korra. "I'm sorry as well if I made you upset."

Asami felt as if she was being toxic. "Don't apologise to me."

"Why not?" asked a confused Korra.

"It'll make me feel even more guilty." said Asami with a sad expression.

"Sorr-" Korra covered her mouth. "Never mind."

Asami just sighed before dragging Korra to the bathroom and opening the door. "Go get yourself ready for the night, I want to hear all about your adventures at the Earth Kingdom."

Korra felt like a weirdo, smiling to herself in the bathroom. Asami was being way to soft to her and it was mma king her fall in love deeper.

After what fell like hours to Asami, even though in reality it was a couple of minutes, Korra came out of the bathroom. She was welcomed by Asami lying down on the bed in her usual silky nightgown.

"Took you long enough." said Asami. "Come lay next
to me."

Korra followed her orders like a puppy. She laid besides Asami, with a little distance between them.
Korra did it to make sure

"Come closer." insisted Asami.

Korra went closer to the heiress. "Is this fine."

Asami was getting annoyed by the girls shyness. She doesn't know why she is acting like this when they slept together a week and a few ago.

The heiress grabbed Korra's arms and pushed her towards her. "This is fine."

The heiresses chin was touching the top of Korra's head. Because of their height difference with Korra being 5"8 and Asami being 6"0, the raven-haired was the big spoon most of the times.

"So can you tell me one of your stories?" softly asked Asami.

Korra grinned. "Of course."

...

Morning crept by them in an instant. The birds cheeped loudly as everyone slowly started to wake
up one by one.

Opal woke up and she knew what she had to do. She headed for Korra and Asami's room and hoped that all went well for the two.

She knocked once and got no response. She knocked another time and still got no response. So she assumed that they were still sleeping.

Nothing is wrong with taking a peek, thought Opal.

She slowly opened the door, making sure that no noise would be made. When she peeked in, she saw Asami sitting up on the bed, looking directly at her.

"Oh... hey Asami." Opal shuddered.

"Hello Opal." Asami glared at her. "What brings you here?"

"J-just wanted to check up on you and Korra." stuttered Opal.

Asami nodded slowly. She knew the real reason why Opal was here. To see whether or not the two made up or argued. After all, none of this would have happened if Opal let Korra sleep in her room.

"Well we are fine." stated Korra. "However, Korra here is still asleep so I'd appreciate that you stay quiet."

Opal looked down and saw Korra's head lying on Asami's lap. This meant that her plan was successful. She felt as if she was a mastermind. Her life was complete just by looking at that sight.

"Alright." smirked Opal. "I'll be leaving you guys alone. Make sure not to have any breakfast before us."
