The heiress was at loss of words. After all these months, Korra was standing right in front of her.

"Korra, is that you?" she stated.

The avatar grinned. "Yes it is me darling."

Korra stuck out a hand to help Asami, who was laying down on the ground. Asami finally got to touch the warmth of Korra once again. "I can't believe it.."

"What?" chuckled Korra. "You cant believe that I'm in front of you? Or that I called you darling."

Asami recalled her conversation with Mako once more. She also remembered what happened at the conference a couple of days ago. "Y-your not angry at me right.."

"Why would I be angry at you?" said Korra who had a confused expression. "Have you done something to me?"

Asami gulped before speaking. "No... I haven't done anything to you."

"So then why would I be angry at you." shrugged Korra.

"Your right." uttered Asami. She started to fee a little dizzy suddenly so she put a hand on her head to maintain balance. "I'm just being silly."

"I hate liars." blurted Korra.

Asami looked at her perplexedly. It was such a random thing to say, yet she knew it could have a double meaning. "Something wrong?"

"You lied to me.." Korra mumbled, which turned into a shout. "You embarrassed me in front of all of these people! How can you act like everything is okay between us?"

Asami's headache increased the moment Korra started shouting at her. "I.. I forgot. I promise I'm
sorry! I didn't mean anything."

"No.. it's always sorry but you keep making the same
mistake." yelled Korra.

"I promise you I'm sorry for everything. If you just give me time to prove it." whispered Asami. She couldn't speak any louder because she was trying to swallow her tears at the same time.

"Maybe... there will be no time." sighed Korra. "It's over Asami." she walked away from the heiress.

"No.. no." Asami tried chasing after the girl. "Please Korra.. we can talk this out."

The girl just kept on getting further and further away. Whilst Asami felt like she wasn't getting anywhere.

It was only until Korra couldn't be seen anymore, that Asami realised that she was moving. She seemed to be stuck on the hard ground.

She let out her tears and cried like a little baby. People around her just stared at her like she was an animal. Nobody bothered to check up on her.

As if her life could get worse, the creepy men from the bar earlier came out and saw her. They went up to her and started calling her names. She didn't hear them clearly as her mind was somewhere else.

One of the men leaned down to touch her shoulder. "Hey, I'm talking to you."

She snapped back to reality and hit his hand. They were all shocked for moment but ended up laughing at the guy who got hit. Asami thought that it was the right moment to make a run for.
