I can't believe we just kissed!

Lin's pov

Daveed has been talking to us for 30 minutes about how cool his party is going to be. I keep on looking at Groff and every time I look at him, he happens to be staring at me. You can feel the tension in the room and we are basically telling each other with our eyes that we want Daveed to leave. After another 15 minutes off Daveed telling us about how Oak is going to get balloons he finally leaves.

As soon as he leaves, I walk towards Groff. I pause "Can I kiss you" "I would literally love for you to kiss me" he answers. His eyes fixated on my lips. I take one more step towards him and stand on my tippy toes. I look him once more in his eyes before slowly leaning forward and letting my lips collide with his. The feeling of our lips brushing against each other is the best feeling in the world. He grabs my waist gently, while I put my hands behind his neck. Still kissing we slowly walk towards the bed. He sits down and I sit down on his lap. We kiss for about half an hour, before we are both out of breath. We let go off each other. I take a mental picture of his face right now. His cheeks are slightly red, his lips a bit swollen and his breath hitched. The best thing about his face though, is his eyes and right now all I see in them is pure happiness. "I can't believe we just kissed! That was the best kiss I ever had". Groff whispers in my ear. I kiss his forehead and get off his lap. He grabs my hand. "I have liked you, since the first time I met you, for that in the heights promo song. The moment you started rapping and looked in my eyes I wanted to kiss you". He gives me a small peck on my lips. I let a small tear fall down. Damn he really is so cute. He wipes away my tear and we both let out a small laugh. "Soo what are we now?" I ask him. "Well, if you are ready, boyfriends? If you are not ready that is all right too". I smile at him " boyfriends it is, but let's not tell anyone yet all right? I want to fuck with them" I say while grinning. "All right" Groff says "Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go fangirl with Renee, Pippa and Jazzy about the fact that I just kissed the fucking Lin-Manuel Miranda. I'll tell them to not tell the rest so we can fuck with them".

I skip to their changing room, literally. I throw the door open. "YOU KNOW WHO AND I JUST MADE OUT" I scream into the room. "OH MY GODDDDD" Pippa and Jazzy immediately scream back. "I am so happy for you" Renee squeals. We join and hand and start jumping up and down, while squealing like we're five-year-old girls who just heard that they are getting a unicorn for Christmas. We dance and jump up and down like that, until Lin walks in. " Guys the show starts in half an hour". Pippa, Renee and Jazzy run over to him and pull him into a hug. "I am so proud of you" Pippa says while petting his hair like he is a dog. Okay wow this is like everybody is on drugs or it's a dream. I pinch myself, just to be sure that everything that just happened is real. Owww jupp it's real. The girls let go off Lin to go get ready. Lin and I walk towards our changing room, sneakily holding hands in halls when there is nobody near us. During the Reynolds pamphlet I try to make Lin break out of his role as always. This time by licking his face. He's never broken out his character before but this time, he started smiling a bit, before realising he is supposed to be sad and quickly getting back in character. The second I get off stage I start laughing my ass off. He walks off stage before burn and acts fake mad for 2 seconds before breaking down and laughing with me.
