Lin's pov

I decided to throw a surprise party for Groff, celebrating his and Sebbies safe return. I invited the whole hamilcast, while Sebbie stayed at my parents, so we can drink. Right now, everybody except for me is hiding. I'm just chilling on the couch. They're going to go scream surprise at him. I hear a key turning in a lock. A little bit of nerves hit me. I hope he likes it. I walk towards the door as he opens it.

"Hey Baby" he says, putting the groceries on the table next to the door. I'm about to yell surprise when I feel his lips on mine. Starting out a bit slow, he gets a little rougher and gently pushes me against the wall. I suppress a small moan, as I find myself lost in the kiss, my brain all consumed with the way our lips are brushing against each other. I'm about to softly pull his hair, when I remember that everybody is watching. I quickly break the kiss and cough awkwardly. "Is something wrong?" Groff says. "Surprise" I say very softly.

Everybody jumps out "SURPRISE". "Wow thanks guys" Groff says with a light blush on his cheeks. I see Pippa and Jazzy running towards Groff squealing. "OMG OMG THAT WAS SO CUTE" they yell, while jumping up and down. "Yeah, we're -uhum sorry if we interrupted something" Leslie says with a big smile on his face. "No, you didn't interrupt anything" Groff says. "So, Groff and I have been boyfriends for a little while now". I say while walking towards him and giving him a little kiss on the cheek, making him turn towards me with a smile on his face.

"I KNEW IT" Anthony screamed. "JAZZY WAS BEING SO WEIRD WHEN I ASKED ABOUT YOU GUYS. CONGRATULATIONS Y'ALL". He yells trough the room, making everyone giggle. "All right who wants some a- a- a- a- alcohol". I yell trough the room. Everybody cheers and Groff whispers to me "I definitely need some alcohol after that" I giggle at that response.

Over the next two hours we all get slightly wasted. We are all acting like high schoolers at a party. Especially when Leslie yells "Spin the bottleeeeee". Everybody with partners is a bit hesitant to join in but do it anyways. We all sit in a circle. Leslie takes the first turn, spinning the empty beer bottle. It lands on Chris. They lean forward giving each other a pretty relaxed and normal kiss. Now it is Renee's turn to spin the bottle. The bottle spins for what seems like forever, finally landing on Jazzy. They give each other a very slow and sensual kiss, Anthony watching jealously. I giggle knowing how much he hates seeing other people kiss with her. He even asked me if I could cut the kiss in 'say no to this'. When they break apart, Anthony immediately pulls Jazzy on his lap and starts excessively kissing her, I laugh at his behaviour.

Daveed spins the bottle. I hope it lands on Oak I've shipped those two for a long time now. I once even dreamed that everybody was listening at the door while they ya know did their business. The bottle lands on Oak and I do a little dance inside my head. Apparently, I'm not the only one thinking that, because I hear giggling next to me and I see some smiling faces. Especially Jonathan looks giddy, as if he knows something that the rest don't know. Everybody looks in anticipation at the two men, whose lips get closer and closer. They finally kiss, I can't help but make a squealing sound. Oak grabs Daveeds waist and pulls him closer, their lips still connected. 'AAAHHHH OMG MY SHIP IS SAILING' I think very loudly to myself. They make out for about three minutes, before Oak breaks the kiss "THAT IS MY BOYFRIEND MOTHERFUCKERS" he yells. I laugh "Yassssss" I yell back.

Groffs turn to spin, I hope it falls on me. Unfortunately, it falls on Pippa, they share a way over the top fake make out session. I giggle, don't get me wrong I am a little jealous, but more about the fact that I'm not kissing him right now. I trust him completely. Also, he is as gay as a fairy who is dressed completely in pink, holding a rainbow flag, dancing to 'all the single ladies'.

After that we began to sing karaoke, while the rest danced. Right now, Oak was singing 'party in the USA' in his mickey mouse voice. I was showing off my good moves. I look around the room to see Daveed sitting in the corner a bit sad. My heart stings a little and I walk over to him. "Hey" I say. Sitting down next to him on the grey couch. "Hey" he says in a sad voice. "What's wrong?" I ask, trying to express empathy trough my eyes. "Nothing, it's just. Ya know y'all were hella nice when Oak told the news. However my parents weren't so happy with the news, they said that they didn't want to see me until I turned "straight" again". He says with a wry laugh. He takes a big sip of his beer. "Maybe they'll come around. If they don't then they're making a very big mistake, because you are one of the most wonderful human beings". He leans forward letting his head fall into his hands. I put a hand on his shoulder "Look Daveed I can imagine you must feel absolutely horrible, but we're here for you dude, every step of the way". I think about what to say next, my mind rambling on. "Do you want a hug?" I finally decide to ask. "Yes please" he says in a sad voice, when he takes his head out of his hands, I can see that his cheeks are wet with tears. 'Alright I want to go beat up his parents' I think to myself, pulling him into the hug. We hug for like 20 seconds before we let go. "Thanks bro". He says. "Of course" I reply. Oak and Groffy walk over. I saw them looking at us earlier, probably wondering if they should be jealous. "Hey Baby" I say, giving Groff a kiss. "Hey Linny" he says back, I love that nickname so much. Every time he says it, it feels like my heart skips a beat.
