Sunday Afternoon

<*laughs hysterically*>

"Ady...it's not funny!" I groan with my head banging against my desk with Opal and Asami giggling behind me on our bed. "You two too!"

<Sorry love but that's funny. You and your girl got caught having...make up sex?...whatever, y'all were caught and by her best friend!> Adora laughed through the phone making me groan again.

"Babe stop hitting your head on your desk. You'll lose the last few brain cells you have and they're not many.." Asami teased, slipping a hand on my forehead and the other across my torso from behind me.

I simply smile and look up at her from her touch before her words registered in my mind. Gapping at her statement I playfully scoff and nudge her away from me as we all laugh at the statement. Seeing her beautiful as she turns my chair and sits in my lap, waving to Adora who was on video chat and driving over for a girls day.

<Kor why didn't you lock the door?>

I sigh. "I thought it would be fine since we need a special key for each room...I didn't know Opal got or had the key..."

"I stole it from Asami's purse that she left in the twins room" Opal confirmed nonchalantly getting chuckles from Ady through the phone.

<Well now you know to lock the door next time...and close the windows and blinds if needed.> She said with a wink, making me groan from embarrassment and drug my face into Asami's neck.

Opal laughs. "Korra why didn't you introduce us to Adora sooner! She's so funny and chill! Also helps tease you with me and Ami, this is the best!"

"That's -exactly- why I didn't. Ady teases me enough as it is when it's just her..." I mumble not lifting my head.

<*Giggles* Well thank you Opal! I'll happily tease Kor with you as much as possible!>

"I regret letting you guys meet and hang out..."

Opal chuckles. "Oh hush! You love us even if we tease you every so often."

I wave my hand at her admisently. "Yeah yeah, whatever." I respond, breathing in Asami's scent and pecking her neck lovingly, making her giggle.

<Oh Korra! I forgot to tell you but remember the fishing trip we were planning with the gang?>

This got my attention and I lifted my head to see Adora's "face". "Yeah, what about it?"

"Fishing trip?" Asami asked with a confused expression.

<It's an annual trip Korra and I go on with some people from work.>

"It's not exactly a trip to look forward to..." I mumble.

Asami looked at me with concern. "What happens on this trip?"

<Depends on the events that have occurred over the year. It's kinda like an evaluation and training camp for their youth agents, like Korra and I, so we're prepared for if we're called in for work and have to be gone for a certain period of time.>

"When is it?"

I look at the calendar and see what day I marked it as. "It's in less then a month."

<They moved it. It's next weekend...> Adora corrected.

"WHAT!?" I exclaim with eyes wide open. "The spring tourney starts next weekend! I can't miss that!"

<I know that's why I'm warning you.>
