Asami's POV

I look at my surroundings, some things I recognize from business trips but I'm still not sure where I am. "Mom, where are we?" I ask looking over to my mom who is sitting next to me.

"This is where those 'secret payments' go. You asked and you'll get your answer soon." She answered nonchalantly.

I continued to watch out the window before a wall came to view and I realized we were driving down a rail to a garage. I watched as our driver punched in a code and the gate ahead opened up and the car pulled us in. After parking and making it to the main floor, noise and people talking flooded my ears.

Looking around I see people from all ages walking, running or sitting around as I follow my mom somewhere. Someone talking and saying a name that got my attention and that was when I realized we were at the front desk of this building.

"I'm sorry. Can you repeat that, I was a little distracted..." I ask looking at the lady with the ear piece.

She gave a sweet smile. "Mrs. Sato asked where the boss's office was as well as where one of our agents was. Agent Stallion is training with her team on the 10th floor and the boss is in her office awaiting her 3:30 meeting."

"That's us." My mom responded.

The lady nodded her head and grabbed something from the drawer next to her. "Ah ok! Well here you go. Don't take these off until you get back to the main lobby. Elevator is to the left of you." She said, handing us rubber wristbands.

"Thank you." Mom said before walking to the elevator with my close to follow. "I'm guessing you want to see Korra first."

I blushed. I haven't seen my girlfriend in weeks because I had a business trip then she had a two week mission to do a day before I got back to Republic City. Barely got to text or call her because of the time difference or something like that and I didn't want to bother.

I only voiced my insecurities whenever she asked and even then I was vague about it because I didn't want her to worry about me. She would reassure every time and put butterflies in my stomach every time. It's a little shocking that she didn't tell me she was back in the city though but I guess she was just too busy and didn't have the time. Yeah that's it.

'Don't start overthinking and getting insecure now Asami. She wouldn't do that to you, you know that.' I scolded myself then nodded my head in response to my mother's question because I didn't trust my voice at the moment.

She pressed the 10th floor button and once we were there she let me know that she would wait in the waiting area while I go see my girlfriend. I walked through double doors to what looked like a viewing area because to the left of me was what looked like the training area and people running around with items in hand.

I walked through another set of double doors, entering the training room but stayed back seeing her still working with her team. More like fighting them until some of them stopped to get water or was on the floor. I recognized Adora then Taru and Chen to follow but there was someone I didn't.

She had golden brown hair and an hourglass body type but not short of some muscles on her shoulders. She was fighting with Adora while everyone else looked to be laying on one of the thick mats against a wall. I looked from the two girls to Korra who was sitting on the mat watching the fight intensely.

I heard a slam on the floor and looked over to see Adora on the floor with the other chick standing above her with a smirk on her face. Korra then came to view as she hugged the chick from behind and looked down at Adora.
