"Why are you getting your keys?" Nagtatakang tanong ni Elmo nang makita na hawak hawak ni Julie ang susi ng kotse niya.
Pababa na kasi sila sa lobby ng hotel para makapasok sa trabaho.
Julie rolled her eyes. "Malamang Jirits magd-drive."
Napanguso sj Elmo. "Bakit hindi ka na lang sumama sa akin?"
Julie chuckled and patted his cheek.
"Paka clingy mo."
Sakto ay dumating na ang kotse niya sa harap.
She sauntered over to where her car was before glancing at Elmo. She gave a small wave and he quickly smirked in her direction.
Bumaba na siya sa harap at binigay ang susi kay Bruce na agad naman ito kinuha matapos ay naglakad na papasok sa building.
Suot niya ang biniling tube dress noong nag shopping sila ng mama niya. Pinatungan niya ito ng puting blazer.
Her hair was styled straight and down. Medyo humahaba na ang buhok din niya.
"Hi Julie."
Napatingin si Julie sa nagsalita at nakita si Alden na nakatayo sa tabi niya.
May pasa pa ito sa muhka mula sa pagkakasuntok nung lalaki sa club.
She gave him a small smile. "Hi Alden. I'm sorry about that bruise."
Alden scratched the back of his head. "I'm sorry for not defending you."
Julie shrugged. She didn't want to think about it anymore.
"Elmo had me." Tanging sabi niya.
Speaking of the devil.
Magkasunod lang sila na dumating din.
Elmo strutted through the lobby wearing his gray black suit and a white shirt underneath.
Pasimpleng ngumiti si Julie. Sarap. Este ang gwapo.
"Hey." Bati ni Elmo at tumabi sa kabilang bahagi ni Julie.
Tumango naman siya kay Alden.
Binalik ni Alden ang tango.
Julie cleared her throat. Well this was awkward.
The elevator opened and they all got in.
Elmo and Julie stood by the front since they were the last ones to get in, with Julie standing in-front of him.
Paborito nilang pwesto yon. Gustong gusto din talaga kasi ni Elmo na inaamoy amoy ang buhok ni Julie.
"Jirits." Julie whispered.
"What?" Elmo whispered back. He kissed her hair again.
Wala naman nakakakita talaga sa kanila.
The most anyone could see were their backs.
"Stop it." Bulong pa ni Julie.
Ngumisi lamang si Elmo at tumigil pero mas lalong dinikit lang ang sarili kay Julie Anne.
Bawat palapag ay may lumalabas na mga tao.
"I have to check on something, see you mamaya." Ani Alden sa kanilang dalawa at bumaba sa isang palapag.
Mahinang natawa si Elmo nang makalabas na ito.
"What?" Julie questioned with a whisper.
"That bruise does not look good on him." Bulong ulit ni Elmo.
