A few days had past since the incident, it was all really blurry but thanks to my friends I knew what happened.
Despite Draco sticking up for me it was barely a day and we'd gone back to not speaking . Seeing him in the halls was even worse now , and I felt gross when he'd look at me at lunch.
I felt gross in general really , I trusted Cedric and what he did or was going to do...
It just didn't sit right.
Without Pansy , Blaise , and Theodore Merlin knows how'd I be holding up. They check on me every hour and never leave my side.
No really they never leave my side , Theodore has actually stayed the night in our dorm because I felt alone. That night I learned that teddy is quite the snorer.

Lucky for me I didn't have anything to do for the rest of the day , but since all my friends do I'd have to make myself busy somehow.
Walking away from the greenhouses I had no clue where to go. People were buzzing about the triwizard tournament seeing as the first task was just finished .
Seeing as I still wasn't speaking to Draco I stayed away from the tournament, him and Goyle seemed to be enjoying degrading Potter though.

My mind finally struck where to go that'd be peaceful. The stone circle . Some older students didn't have class either right now but I was sure I wouldn't run into anyone important there.
The stone circle was all the way across the bloody castle but it wasn't like I had anything to do.
Whenever my mind would wonder it'd bring me back to Draco beating the hell out of Cedric .
It was a blurry memory but I oddly liked it , Draco was so... protective?
I'd be lying if I said I hadn't wondered where Gene had been , I figured him being older and having a different schedule was his reason for not coming around much.
I missed his company , and I wondered if he had heard about what happened.
Being cunning as my friends are they kept everything under wraps , no going to the hospital wing , no Dumbledore, etc.
Everything was handled by them , and it was quite impressive really. Pansy had stollen some herbs and supply's to brew something to make me feel better after I fainted .
The boys struct up some deal or intimidated Cedric and the Ravenclaw who's dorm room we were in to not say anything to anyone.
Not only was it good for me but it sure as hell saved cedric's ass too , his charming hufflepuff front would be ruined.
