Seeing dana down the street, she looked a lot different and I think her style in clothing suited her a lot more than a black mini dress. She looked comfortable in a pair of khaki coloured jeans and white baggy hoodie. Her hair up in a pony tail and no make up. Without the makeup she looked stunning. she didn't need any of that fake crap.
I was very surprised to see janelle blanche is danas mother. Janelle never speaks about her family to the public but she is very well known in the real estate sector and I know of her only by that, I wonder if dana is anything like janelle.
I didn't know how bad danas anxiety was but when she told me she gets anxiety attacks a lot, it worried me and knowing her parents were going on holidays, it meant she will most likely be alone. her mother can't be there for her.
I could tell by dana stepping back when we spoke she was afraid, I don't know what of but her body told me everything and when she started talking, I knew exactly what she was going to say but I didn't want her to push me away before I got to know her or at all. I can see dana is an amazing person already and I don't even know her that well.
Last night all I did was think about dana, I couldn't get her out of my head and now sitting in my office I have been so distracted. Wondering where she is going to move, when, how she is going to go on her own and if anything does happen will she call.

"Mr hernandez you have a two o'clock meeting with mr belstro" "thank you sandy" my assistant left, leaving me with a ton of paperwork sitting on my desk.
I have been staring at it for quite a few hours, never putting pen to paper.
Picking up the files, I opened them up, looking at all the men and women who have potential in this industry.
Everyone thinks they have what it takes but once in front of the camera things are never the same. They may not look so good as they do in their portrait photos, they may not be able to pull off the look we want and that's why I am so picky.
I have always looked at natural models. I don't want someone full of makeup and a fake body. Natural sells, natural beauty is hard to find and I don't want to be a bad role model for the younger generation. this is why my company is so successful. I only started it three years ago and this company has made millions. Growing up with a younger sister, I seen the way the tabloids had an influence on her. all those fake models and Photoshop pictures changing how the models look just because they think it'll sell. I now have the top modelling company in the city and I want to keep it that way. Models do not have to be thin and I have proved that over and over again.
"Mr hernandez" "yes sandy?" "Mr belstro is here" "okay sandy send him in" "yes sir".

"Hi Mr hernandez" "you must be adam belstro" "yes sir" shaking adams hand, I sat down "take a seat".
"Adam have you ever modelled before?" "No I have had my portfolio but never had the opportunity at other companies" I nodded can I ask why?" "That I don't know I guess other models were always chosen" "it happens a lot in this industry how have you dealt with being knocked back for a shoot?" "I never let it get me down and keep trying". "What do you want out of this industry?" "To go far and be successful" "there's your problem adam, you need to be in this industry to build yourself up and others. Being behind a camera can be draining, you will get frustrated, you will have bad days and then very few and far between you will have your good days" "I am prepared for that I have been trying to get into this industry for five years with plenty of knock backs" I smiled "you have the passion for it?" "yes sir" "alright before I can agree to you joining my team, I am going to need to see you in front of the camera, A camera tells all. In my company we do not edit images in anyway" "I understand, I have looked into the way you work here and I think it's brilliant" "I'm glad you think so. If you follow me, I will take you to where the magic happens". I stood up from my desk, adam doing the same.
"Heather is my head photographer but sometimes I will be doing the shoots myself" "will yourself or Heather be doing the shoots today?" "Both, Heather may not see something that I do and vice versa".

"Heather" "hello Lochie who have we got here?" "Adam this is Heather, Heather this is Adam. I would like to see him in front of the camera before I make my decision" "well adam you are a good looking man but I'm sure Lochie has told you we like natural beauty here and things may not turn out the way we like in the photos" "yes thank you and that's okay heather" "good, I'm going to put you in a beach shoot, in the change rooms is some mens swim wear. Go find one your size and when you are ready come back out and we'll get started" "sure, thanks".
"What do think?" "He is a natural looker but let's see how much confidence he has got" "yeah".
"Are you okay today Lochie you look a bit off" "not much sleep but you know me I'm always fine".
"You should take a break" "no I like to keep up and stay busy" "I don't think you have ever had a day off" "sunday's every week" "that is not a break" "thanks for your concern, maybe one day soon I will take an extra day" "good that means I get a break" I chuckled "so that's why" "no no I love my job but I'm happy to see you laugh Lochie". I nodded.
"Okay where do you need me" "stand to the left, your background will not be visible to you but through the camera it'll be there" "okay". Listening to everything Heather told him to do, he did exactly what she asked. showing confidence which Is what I like to see. "Okay adam you can go get changed while Lochie and I look over your images" "thank you".
"Adam shows a lot of potential" "I agree but would he suit a natural background?" "I think he would" "alright you and I both agree and thats all I need. Thank you heather, when Adam gets out please send him to my office" "can do. And Lochie get some sleep you look terrible" "gee thanks Heather" she grinned.

"Adam. Heather and I have spoke about your images and we think you would be a great model for this company" a small smile showed on his face "we like your confidence and the camera loves you. Do not let this get to your head though. as quick as we start your career, we can also let you go" "of course" "good. well we will call you for a shoot in the near future, keep your phone on you" "will do sir" "call me Lochie" "thank you Lochie". "You may go" "thank you. bye Lochie and thank you for the opportunity" "you are welcome".
Argh I'm so glad I'm done for the day, I need to get some rest.

Getting back to my apartment I had a quick shower and some food before laying in bed.
Even with all the work I had on today dana never left my mind. Grabbing my phone from my bedside table, I thought I'd call her but it was already nine pm. I don't know her sleep pattern, if she sleeps, maybe a text.

-Hi dana, how are you?

Danas texts are always very short sometimes it's just a simple hi then other times I will get a few more words out of her. Id rather talk to her in person but a text or few will have to do.

Dana - I'm fine Lochie, you?
-Tired but well
Dana- then you should sleep
-And what about you?
Dana - I will get there when it takes over
- do you not sleep?
Dana - of course just not much
- does your mind take over?
Dana - unfortunately It does but music helps
- do you not sleep without music?
Dana - no
- well I am glad you can get some sleep are you now trying?
Dana - not yet, I just finished on the phone with a troubled customer but I will try soon
- how late can customers call?
Dana - ten pm all calls go straight to message bank
- work phone?
Dana- of course I would never give out my number to a customer. I am planning to get a new number too for myself.
- I hope I can have that new number dana I enjoy talking with you
Dana didnt reply straight away but I knew her mind will be turning. I'm just hoping she will say I can, I'd love to keep in contact with her.

Dana - yes that will be okay. I'm unsure why you want to talk to me, I'm not the best person to speak with but you also seem like a nice guy Lochie. I will let you get some sleep I am sure you need it.
- when are you planning to get the new number? And you are good to speak with dana, you may not see it but I do. No it's okay I have all the time in the world.
Dana - tomorrow, the quicker I get it, the better for me.
- I agree, I'm happy you are not wanting a person like that in your life and I think it will be really good for you.
Dana- yes. I had a really bad attack after that night.
-was your mom there for you?
Dana- no. I couldn't tell her why or what happened she'd instantly want me to move to another town. I woke up the next morning on my lounge room floor
- I wish I was there to help
Dana - you walked me home that was enough
- not at all, you should never be alone, especially through an attack.
Dana - I'm okay although I did freak a little waking up in the lounge.
- how did that happen?
Dana - I passed out, it happens when I have a really bad attack.
- I'm sorry to hear that, you have my number if you need someone there for you and I would be glad to be that person
Dana- thank you. I'm going to try get some sleep now. Good night Lochie.
