"anything you like on the menu?" "I will just ahh have a salad, I already had a decent breakfast" "alright".
"Here you go. a water for you ma'am and a latte for you sir. Would you both like to order something to eat?" "Yes please, a salad and a quiche thanks" "not a problem. Anything else?" "No thanks".
Watching dana closely, I am a bit concerned about her. Not only has she met heather, sandy and my brother. she is out at another new place all in one day. Even when she told me she was handling it, I could see she was fighting with herself. It's a lot for her in one day. I was planning to go out with Christian tonight but I don't know if that's a good idea now.
"What ahh, were you thinking about Lochie?" "I was just thinking that I might stay in tonight, it's been a big week" "is there ahh, an underlying reason. You always have big weeks" "actually yeah there is, I'm worried about you being home on your own" "no ahh, you go out and enjoy yourself I will be fine, you need to ahh, live your own life not worry about me" "dana.." "no Lochie, do not ahh, stay home because of me" I just nodded I didn't want to argue with her. I'm not just doing it for her, I'm doing it because i want to.
"When ahh, we finish lunch I will head back to the apartment" "that's alright, I was planning to head back anyway" "okay, if not, I am fine to ahh, walk back" "I know".
"Here you go, a salad and a quiche" "thank you".

"Lunch was great, thanks Lochie" "you are more than welcome dana, it's good to have a bit of a change" "yes I ahh, agree" "are you ready to go?" "Ahh, yeah sure".

Getting back to the apartments, dana and I both got out of the car and heading up the elevator to our apartments. Dana has been quiet more than normal. maybe today was just too much for her.
"ahh thanks for today Lochie" "are you feeling alright?" "Yeah I'm ahh, just gonna go have a spa bath and listen to some music" "alright, I will see you later okay" dana nodded "bye Lochie".
Waiting until dana had gone into her apartment, I then entered mine.
I need to organise security so I have some peace of mind knowing she is well protected.
"Mr hernandez how can we help you?" "I need eight security guards" "are the ones at hernandez group not doing their jobs as they should?" "I don't need them at my company, I need them for my apartment block" "right, when do you want them?" "Asap". "You can meet with us this afternoon and if you are happy they can start tomorrow" "very well, I will be there in fifteen minutes" "I'll book it in".

"These are the profiles of our security, where do you want the security placed?" "Two at the rear entrance of the building and two in the corridor out side the apartments. Shift work four on four off never unguarded" "sure" "I want peter, joey, liam, sawyer, beau, john, cole and nathaniel. Two older with two younger" "that can be arranged" "good" "who is allowed to enter the apartment corridor?" "Give me a minute".

Now that's sorted, I feel a lot more relaxed but i will make sure they do their job, I don't hire people to mess around.
I need to let dana know but I'm not sure if she is up to having company she had a big day.

Dana - that's okay.
- I will be at your place in about ten minutes
Dana - alright.

Entering the code, I then opened the door. Dana was just sitting in the couch with her phone in her hand.
"Hey dana" "hey Lochie, were you bored?" "No not at all, I just went to hire some security for the building I wanted to fill you in" "okay, you can ahh, come take a seat if you like" "sure".
"I have hired eight security guards so four work at a time two guarding the back entrance and two guarding the corridor" dana nodded "it'll be four on four off never unguarded. I have let them know the only people allowed to enter are your parents, my siblings and parents, obviously you and I and my best mate christian which I will introduce you to soon" "that ahh, sounds good" "is there anyone else?" "No ahh, that's all I need" "alright, how are you feeling?, Did you have your spa bath?" "Nah not yet. Are you still going out with Christian tonight?" "I haven't decided" "please ahh, don't just stay home because of me, I ahh, will be fine" "dana I know you have had a big day out of the apartment, maybe too much. You keep telling me you are fine but I can see it was a little too much. If I decide to stay home it's not because of you, it's because I want to be here for you".
"Maybe it was ahh, a little too much" "I know and I'm sorry" "no ahh, it's not your fault, i wanted to push my limits. I was hesitant to leave dana but I was also looking forward to catching up with Christian.

I only chose it because it's not too far from here and if dana does need me I can get back really quick.
After freshening up and getting dressed I headed out the door, making sure to lock it.

"Ahh I see you've been getting lucky" typical christian "i've just been getting to know her" "you like her?" "Yeah she's just different, she didn't even know who I was either so that's a plus. at least I know she's not wanting me for my money or fame" "you sure about that?" "yeah mate positive, she didn't try to throw herself at me like every other woman. Im the one that actually made the first move" "so got lucky yet?" "No I'm in no rush and she has some demons to deal with. Yeah but all I want to do is be with her to make sure she is fine, to see her piercing green eyes stare into mine. I want to see that dimple again, the one that shows when she gives me more than a small smile.
I haven't even known her long and that's the scary part, I never thought a woman could have a hold on me like this.
"Have you picked up your new car yet?" "Nah not yet been a sh*t week at work. haven't had a chance but hopefully tomorrow or early next week" "what does chelsea think about it?" "Ehh she doesn't care. Just told me if I want a new one, get one" "nah she's a pretty relaxed woman" "yeah she is".
