background. ━━ rosey and jeongin have been around each other since jeongin joined jyp back in 2016. they were both quite shy and didn't talk unless they "needed to". they admired the other from afar and if they bumped into each other there would be a simple "sorry", and they would think about it for the rest of the day.
rosey would always go back to yeji, and only yeji, to tell her about this major crush. her bestfriend would give her ways to talk to him, but with rosey's social anxiety, it was always a no. in 2017, they started working together due to rosey being put in the boy's group on the survival show.
there she was introduced properly to jeongin, as well as the others, and was forced to talk to her crush since they both worked in the vocal aspect. it was back and forth for the rest of the year and all throughout 2018. subtle flirting, mainly by jeongin, and when new years' rolled around, he made his move and kissed her as they brought in 2019. ( there is a chapter for that! ).
since then it's been nothing but love and support for one another. they did have a break in late june of 2020 in order to grow better mentally and intimately came back around mid-july of 2020.
