rosey sat with her legs crossed on the bedroom's hardwood floor. she was sulky. all she wanted was food, specifically her favorite take out.

"no, rosey, baby, love of my life, we ordered food from there yesterday." jeongin spoke softly.

she sighed and rolled over onto her back. her arms were extended out on the floor and her body took up the majority of the walking space. she made it nearly impossible for jeongin to walk without tripping over her.

jeongin loves to buy rosey food, but it's also not healthy for them to eat take out every night. as much as he hates seeing her sad, he loves seeing her healthy.

"we can eat something else, anything else."

he had to come to some sort of agreement with her. no take out equals sad rosey. however, if he offered to get a different type of food delivered, maybe it would make her happier.

"i want it from there though!" she spoke.

jeongin sighed, "fine. this is the last night though, you can't eat this everyday, baby."

rosey say up quickly. her smile back on her face, where it belonged. he saw her little dance out of the corner of his eye and his smile got larger as well.

"yes! last time, i promise!"

"anything to make you happy." he whispered.

she stood up and gave him a hug as he sat in his chair, looking away from his game and at the phone. he clicked away and finally set his phone down once the order was placed.

he wrapped his arms around rosey's torso and drew her onto his lap. it was warm and comfortable, with her legs on either side of his own and her arms around his neck.

rosey's gaze wandered as she drew away from him, still seated on his lap. his arms fell to her hips as his eyes watched her own dance around the room.

her doe eyes landed on his phone, which was sitting on the desk. it was face-down, he knows rosey doesn't like that ever since he introduced what it could mean when she asked on day.

he quickly grabbed his phone and unlocked it, he scrolled through his messages and aimlessly went into his other apps knowing she was watching. it was his way of telling her he had nothing to hide without being verbal.

"you got a new phone case?" she asked.

he nodded. turning off his phone, he flipped it around in his hand to better show her the case.

"it's really thin though, i think i might get a new one. this won't protect my phone well."

"i can get you one tomorrow when i'm out." rosey offered.

jeongin placed his phone on the desk once again, faced upwards now. he looked her in the eyes and shook his head, "no."

"why?"

jeongin absolutely hated when rosey would spend money on him. he loved her gifts because she would put so much detail into them, surprising him with remembering the smallest of things he says. however, he rather her not spend money on things he can get for himself (and for her!).

such as food, phones cases, shoes, clothes, etc. he likes buying her things and spoiling her and doesn't really enjoy it in return.

"i can get it on my own, baby. i don't want you spending your money on a phone case."

"but it won't be expensive, i'll get you a better one. one that will protect your phone if it falls."

jeongin shook his head again.

rosey leaned back slowly, her head falling back to look up at the ceiling. jeongin's arms kept her from falling backwards, tight around her back and he smiled at her antics.

she puffed, "i can buy you things too."

"i know you can and i love when you do, but i don't want you to spend your money on me."

rosey gave up, leaning back into him and bringing her head up, "fine, i won't."

jeongin smiled at her. she was so pretty to him. the simple way she could just look at him and he would be completely starstruck, oh the things she did to him.

rosey looked at him, then his hoodie. it was green, a dark green. it suited him well, she thought.

"i like this hoodie." rosey whispered.

jeongin whispered back, "you do?"

he looked down at her hands that played with the strings of the hoodie he was wearing. he adored her, really. the smallest things made him feel so warm because of her.

"is this your way of asking for it?"

rosey shook her head, "no, i just like it on you."

his eyes left her hands and traveled up to her eyes. he watches as her hazel eyes softly came up to his own. her hands moved to the back of his head, grabbing his hood and pulling it up over his head gently.

"hood?"

rosey nodded her head this time. she would never admit it, but she liked it when he wore the hood of his hoodies up over his head. he would always exude this warm and comfortable feeling when he did so, she was a big fan.

"my hair is going to get messy." jeongin spoke as his hands went up to fix his hood.

rosey's hands stopped his, she thought he was going to take it off.

"don't take it off!"

"i'm not!" jeongin laughed.

his hands continued up and tugged at the sides of the hood, bringing it to a more comfortable sitting position around his face.

"ribbon!" rosey exclaimed as she tapped the strings to his hoodie.

"ribbon? tie it?"

"yeah!"

jeongin watched as she smiled when his hands grabbed the strings and tied them into a ribbon. she was really so pure and genuine. his hands dropped back down to her waist and he couldn't seem to look anywhere else but at her.

he leaned in and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek. to which she quickly covered her blush and shyness by resting her head on his shoulder.

oh, how cute they were.
