TWs: Janus drinking a little

Third Person POV

Irra ran into the castles throne room. "Hey guys!" He smiled. "Hey bro bro. What's up?" Remus greeted.

"Okay- Uh 2 things. The first is that mom wanted to ask if you're coming home today." Irra said.

The twins shared a look. "We have to check in with Damien but probably yes." Remus said as they looked at Irra.

"Perfect and I second thing is that I made a friend in the woods. Like a person friend!" Irra said excitedly. The twins chuckled. "That's good." Remus said.

"Who are they?" Roman asked. "His name is Jason Daniel, JD for short. He caught me singing in the woods and he liked it!" Irra smiled.

The twins shared a look of worry. "Maybe you shouldn't be talking to him." Remus said slowly. "Wait- why?" Irra asked with a whine.

"He's dangerous." Roman said. "But he looks harmless." Irra said. "Come here Irra I'll tell you." Remus said.

Irra ran over to Remus. Remus told Irra why he was dangerous. "Ohhh. You shouldn't have to worry about that." Irra said.

"Why not?" Roman asked. "Actually that doesn't matter. I don't want you hanging out with him."

"Shut up Roman. Ignore him Irra. Why don't we have to worry?" Remus asked as Roman huffed. "The author doesn't want me to be with anyone. Also just look at me. Does someone really want to date someone who switches ages constantly?" Irra asked. "It would technically be dating a minor too."

Roman gave a confused face. "Wait- author?" He asked. "Not the point! Irra has a point. As long as you promise to be careful around him." Remus said. "You can be friends."

Irra smiled and nodded. He hugged Remus. "Thank you Rem!" Irra said excitedly. Remus hugged back and kissed his head. "Of course Irra."

Irra gave, the very confused and lost in thought, Roman a hug before leaving.

Roman turned to Remus. "Author what is he-" "Don't ask!" Remus interrupted.

Irra came into the house. "I'm home!" He called as he closed the door. "Hello Irra. So what did the twins say?" Janus asked from the kitchen as he sipped his wine.

"They have to check in with Damien but probably yes." Irra said. Janus nodded. "Thank you Irra. Now, how was your day?" He asked.

Irra smiled and went over to the table and sat down. "It was fun! I made a friend! He heard me singing and he really liked it." Irra told him.

Janus chuckled. "That's good. Glad you met someone." "How was your day mom?" Irra asked.

"It's was fine." Janus said as he sipped his wine. "What's with the wine? You only drink when there's a problem." Irra asked. Janus sighed and gave him a soft smile. "To smart."

"Just overly tired and over working. I need to sleep but I chose to drink instead." Janus chuckled. Irra wanted to raise an eyebrow. There was something more.

He just rolled his eyes. "Maybe you should go and sleep for a while. Take time after dinner."

Janus nodded. "That's the plan."

——With the twins——

"Damien?" Roman called as he knocked on the door. Damien opened their office door. "Sup." They greeted.

"Me and Rem are going back to mind palace. You coming?" Roman asked. "Uhh I'm n-" Damien was cut off. "No you are coming. You're sleeping at our place for the night! No excuses!" Remus called from down the hall.

Damien sighed and chuckled. "Yeah. I'll be there. I'll show up after dinner so you guys can have your family time." They said.

"You sure? You know you can eat with us, you've done it before." Roman asked. Damien nodded. "Yeah. You guys need your family time. I'll come over after dinner." Damien said.

Roman nodded and gave them a hug. "If you say so. I'll see you later dragon." He smiled before leaving. Damien saluted and closed the door.

"Back to work that I don't have to start until next week!" They fake cheered.

"You can't stop him!" Remus hissed.

"I feel like he should be around them! Do you know what can happen?!" Roman asked.

"I'll get him to promise me! You need to trust me. Please Ro-Bro, this time just listen." Remus told Roman. "I wouldn't let anything happen."

Roman sighed. "Fine. But it's blood on your hands if something goes wrong." Roman warned.

Remus saluted and hugged Roman. Roman hugged back quickly. "Damien is gonna be here and our room looks like a mess let's clean first." Roman chuckled as the twins parted.

Remus sighed. "Right. Cleaning."

It was after dinner and Damien kept to their promise. They knocked and was invited into the twins room.

They smiled and was hit with a pillow. "Hello scales! You are now ours for the night!" Remus smiled.

Damien threw the pillow back and chuckled as they walked over to Remus' bed. "Like I have a choice." Roman rolled his eyes and put on a Disney movie.

Remus pulled Damien into bed and held them close. Damien chuckled and relaxed into his touch. Remus smiled softly at them.

The movie started and Roman joined the others on Remus' bed. They all cuddled together and watched the movie.

Janus was laying in bed and watching the clock go by. Janus was having a small problem but didn't know who to go to.

Logan? No, he constantly calls Janus by his name when in reference to him.

Virgil? No. Same problem as Logan but says mom.

Irra? No. The age fluctuations will make it hard to remember.

The twins? Mmmm maybe.

Damien? They would understand but they don't see each other enough for that.

Tommy? Most likely.

Janus sighed and buried. Their face in the pillow. She sighed. This was hell and he knew it.
