TW: Mention of passing out,

Third Person POV

Irra cuddled with Damien in their hammock. "Will Roman ever apologise for what he did?" Irra asked curling up. Damien rubbed his back. "Yeah he will kid. Give him time."

Irra nodded and hugged Damien. "Thank you for letting me stay here." "Heh. Of course my little pumpkin. Now how about you update me on your scales. How are those pretty things?" They asked.

Irra smiled and revealed his chameleon scales. They laid all across his forehead, the tip of his nose and cheek bones. "Awe you look so so cute hon!" Damien smiled. Irra giggled. "I have a prehe- prehen- prehensile tail too!" He smiled, failing to say the word.

Damien smiled and ruffled his hair. "Whoa! Wanna lean how to use it?" "You can use these? I thought they were for show." Irra asked.

Damien nodded. They both got off the hammock and went to the twins training arena.

Janus woke up and rubbed her head. She looked around her room. "How did I get here?" She mumbled as she got out of bed. She stumbled a bit as she was still tired and weak.

But you know, it happens when all you do is work, not eat and don't take care of yourself.

Virgil came into the room to check on Janus. "Mom! You can't be out of bed." He told her. Janus sat on her bed again. "Why?"

"You passed out yesterday and Logan put you on strict bed rest. You've just been working and you need time off." Virgil said as he put Janus in bed.

Janus sighed and curled up. "Fine. Just don't break anything. Roman is still grounded and he will not be allowed to leave until I say so."

Virgil nodded and turned on Janus' heat lamp. "He actually wanted to talk to you. Both twins do." Janus nodded and told Virgil to send them in.

The twins kissed Virgil's cheek and Remus teased him just to bother the emo. He got a shove in response.

The twins went into Janus' room. "You boys needed something?" She asked. Remus nodded. "Yeah. We wanted to apologise. I caused a lot of shit yesterday and I'm sorry about it. I didn't want you to get hurt."

Janus smiled softly and sat up. "It's okay my little rat." Remus smiled as he went over and hugged Janus. She smiled and kissed his head. Roman sighed. "Janus?"

Janus hummed and looked at Roman. "I want to apologize. For everything I did. I wanted to protect everyone and I wasn't thinking. I want to apologize for yesterday too. I got mad and lashed out but I hurt you physically and mentally." He apologized.

Janus smiled softly and waved Roman over. Roman went over and was pulled into the hug. Janus kissed Roman's head. "It's fine Roman." Roman smiled and hugged back. "I already apologized to the others. You, Irra and Damien are left."

Janus kissed the twins heads. "Thank you for apologizing boys." The twins hugged Janus tighter.

Damien and Irra came back to the mind palace. Damien had to grab something from Remus and Irra wanted to tag along.

They saw everyone talking in the living room. Logan spotted them first. "Hello you two." He greeted. Irra clung to the back of Damien's shirt and waved with a small hello.

Damien pet Irra's hair and saluted. "Here to grab something I left it Remus' room." They said softly.

"Actually Roman has something to say to you kids." Tommy said just before the pair got to the stairs.

Irra clung and hid behind Damien. Damien raised an eyebrow. "What does he need?" They asked.

Roman sighed and looked at them. He apologized to both of them. For everything he said and did to them. He was upset and lashed out and didn't mean what he said.

They were both hesitant on forgiving him but did none the less. As always trust will have to be earned all over again. Which, is fair.

——Few Days Later——

Irra ran out calling to Logan that he was going out for a while. Logan chuckled and rolled his eyes at the energetic kid before he was pulled upstairs and kissed by Virgil.

Irra ran to the lake and tapped the water.

JD popped out of the water and tackled him in a hug. "Hey! I missed you!" Irra hugged back despite being soaked in water now.

"Everything in the mind palace is all fixed! Roman will let me talk to you! I'm just not allowed to go out at night without letting one of  my brothers know." Irra smiled as they two broke away from the hug.

"Oh fun!" He smiled and messed up Irra's hair. Irra pulled JD into another hug with his tail. JD's eyes lit up when he saw the tail. "Whoa! That's so cool!"

Irra smiled. "Thanks! Oh I have a question!" JD hummed and looked at Irra. "My mom wanted to know if you would like to come over for dinner sometime. They wanna meet you." Irra told him.

JD paused and thought it over. He looked at Irra and gave his answer.
