Cassiopeia sat on the couch with a fluffy blanket wrapped around she shoulders. Her grey eyes watched as Damon boarded up the window that the two vampires broke through. The room had been cleaned up (thanks to Cassy's magic) and there were no remnants of the fight that had occurred.

Sat beside her was Elena, with Stefan standing behind her in a protective manner.

"I say we go to Pearl's, bust down the door, and annihilate the idiot that attacked us last night," Damon commented, hitting the nail harder with anger.

"Yeah, and then what? We turn to the rest of the house of vampires and say, 'Oops. Sorry?'" Stefan pointed out.

Cassy tilted her head as she tried to form a plan in her head. If they went about it rationally, then it wouldn't be too difficult. The only problem was that the Salvatore brothers had a tendency to go off plan and do their own thing out of anger, sadness, fear etc.

"I can't believe you made a deal with her," Elena spoke, staring at Damon as if he were an idiot.

"It was more like a helpful exchange of information. And it's not like I had a choice. She's... scary," Cassy tried to imagine a tall, sharp woman who had Damon quaking with fear "Besides, she's going to help me get Katherine back."

Cassy rolled her eyes as everything went back to Katherine. At this point, she just wanted to meet the woman and get it all over with.

"Of course, she is. Damon gets what he wants, as usual. No matter who he hurts in the process," Elena hissed.

"You don't have to be snarky about it."

"I woke up this morning to learn that all vampires have been released from the tomb. I've earned snarky," she bit back, crossing her arms and leaning back into the couch. Her infamous 'Elena' pout had been plastered onto her face.

"How long are you going to blame me for turning your birth mother into a vampire?"

"I'm not blaming you, Damon. I've accepted the fact that you're a self-serving psychopath with no redeeming qualities."

Cassy tilted her head back in annoyance. If this was how they were going to act around each other, she wanted to get as far away as possible. If not, she might 'accidentally' poison herself.

"Ouch."

"This isn't being very productive," Stefan butt in and Cassy thanked him in her head "We're going to figure out a way to deal with Pearl and the vampires. Yeah?"

The three watched as Damon left the room in annoyance. Stefan instantly embraced Elena, making Cassy shift uncomfortably.

"I'm sorry," Elena apologised "He just makes me so cranky."

"I know. He makes everyone cranky."

There was a pause in the conversation. Cassy took this moment to stand up and brush off her skirt. Though, it probably wouldn't be very practical to wear a skirt whilst invading a house full of vampires.
