She was a black rose. Pretty but dangerous. Her mind was dark but that is what made it so beautiful. She was corrupted.
She was a storm in the sea. Powerful and mysterious. She gave a false sense of comfort. A floating sensation. She struck fear in the weak.
She was a shadow. She scared people and not by her threats but by the way she was the unknown. She could hide in plain sight, only seen when she wants to be.
She was a cemetary. Associated with death and chaos. Masked with coldness that made you shiver.
She was missunderstood. Sharp thorns from roses prickling her skin. A young girl struggling in the sea, gasping for breath. Unable to swim. Afraid of the dark and the secrets it holds. Fearing death of those she loved.
She was a nightmare. Monsters creeping into her dreams. Monsters from the past. Her monsters. Her silent screams allerted no one of the hell that was her mind.
*WARNING*
THIS BOOK CONTAINS ABUSE AND OTHER SENSITIVE SUBJECTS. AND THE VIEWS OF THE MAIN CHARACTER (AND OTHER POSSIBLE CHARACTERS) DO NOT REFLECT MY OWN PERSONAL BELIEFS. I APOLOGISE IN ADVANCE IF YOU ARE HURT BY ANY THEMES IN THIS BOOK.
Also, I am not the owner of Harry Potter or The Vampire Diaries. That honour belongs to Julie Plecc and JK Rowling. I only own Cassiopeia Black and other minor characters that have are not cannon. If the background or characters resemble a different book, that was not my intention and it was purely a coincidence.
Finally, I have lived in Britain for the majority of my life. I have a British accent and citizenship. Therefore, the spellings, grammer and the name of some object will be down in British-English not American-English. If the main character had been American, I probably would have put in some effort to make the book American-English. However, Cassiopeia Black is not American.
Hope you have a lovely Day :)
