Cassiopeia's nose twitched in disgust at the sounds coming from the upstairs room. The Salvatore Boarding house had thin walls, annoyingly enough. Not to mention that rooms were big, meaning sound travelled through them easily. This did not do well for Cassy when Elena and Stefan wanted to have a bit of fun in the early hours of the morning.

"Good morning," Damon almost sang as he came into the kitchen. Cassy just blinked tiredly at him. Damon was never this chipper unless he wanted something.

Cassy was well aware of the new 'alliance' Damon and Stefan had. She was also aware that this was not an actual alliance as Stefan very much planned to double-cross Damon. And since Stefan was involved, Cassy was too by association.

"We have some important business to discuss witchy." Damon slid into the chair next to her.

"To open the tomb, we need a witch. And before you get all grouchy, I know it's not your kind of witch. However, you and Bonnie seem to be all buddy buddy so you are on witch and spell duty."

Cassy sipped on her tea, it was way too early for this.

"And why would I do that?" She asked.

"Because Stefan and I have a deal and since you live in this house, you are apart of said deal."

Cassy decided that she was too tired and unbothered to argue with him. If it got Damon out of the town, then she was willing to do it. It also gave her overactive mind something to focus on so she doesn't go insane.

Cassy leaned against the brick wall of the school building whilst she waited for Stefan to appear. She'd rather not be in school after hours but, of course, her commitment to the supernatural and being a 'good' person or whatever forced her to come help Stefan on his little escapade.

Alaric Saltzman had John's journal: the very thing that is needed to open the tomb so Damon can get the love of his life and leave Mystic Falls. Despite the journal being Elena's job (according to Damon), it was up to her and Stefan to pry it from Alaric's hands.

Cassy blinked for a few moments when Stefan appeared in front of her.

"Took you long enough," She huffed.

Stefan ignored her complaint - being used to it by now - and moved towards the doors. Cassy followed after him and allowed herself to become more analytical of the world around her, ready for anything to pop out.
