Heyyy guys!

To begin with, I am really sorry for updating  late. I tried but trust me I don't get time to write. I'll try to be a bit more active.

I received lot of pms this week and that made me really happy. Give a good response and I'll try to give an early update. 😋

Nandini opened the door and found Manik grinning at her.

"You?" Nandini's face broke into smile.

"Hi!" Manik looked at her sweaty figure and gulped.

"Were you working out?" 

"Yes! Wait, come in." 

"Working out when Cabir and Abhi are here? Did they already leave?" Manik acted as he didn't know anything.

"Don't you know they went to jungle to run with Leo?" Nandini asked giving him water.

Manik sat on the dining table "No, I guess Cabir would have convinced Abhi not to tell me as I would have got stressed." 

"Stressed my foot." Leo mocked

"Ohhh! But you here?"

"Yes! Aren't you happy seeing me here? "

"It's not like that. I mean you were busy." Nandini looked here and there while saying this.

"Manik, mate is jealous. wohoo!" Leo cheared.

Manik rested his face on his hands "Where was I busy?" Manik raised his eyebrows and smiled innocently.

"You went on a date" 

"Who goes on a date this early in morning, Nandini?" Manik passed an innocent smile to her.

"You! Who knows using jogging as an excuse, you save girls from a thief and then ask them out for coffee." Nandini shrugged and Manik bit his lips to control his smile.

"How did you get to know that?" Manik acted shocked.

Nandini narrowed her eyes. "Then why didn't you come with them?"

"Were you missing me?" Manik blinked his eyes.

"Who said I was missing you. Why will I miss you? I wasn't missing you." Nandini blabbered making Manik laugh.

"Actually they came without telling me. I didn't even know they have any such plans. Mom told me when I woke up." Manik lied efficiently making Leo shock.

"I used to think Manik is naive but he lies so efficiently. Even I can't do that." which made Manik smirk.

"Don't be happy! HUH! How can you feel so proud after continuously lying to mate? When mate will get to know the truth, I'll snitch about you."  Leo threatened Manik who ignored him.

"Manikk! Are you okay?" Manik saw Nandini waving her hands in front of him.

"Yaa! What happened to me? I am fine." Manik shrugged his shoulders and Nandini frowned.

"I was asking you something but you zoned out."

"Ohh!" Manik cursed leo. "What were you asking?" 

"I was asking that do you and Cabir stay together? As in your mom told you" 

"Yeah! We all live in pack house together." Manik said and started drinking water.

"Manikkkk!" "What?" He paused by shouts by Leo and Nandini respectively.

"Idiot! Where is your mind?" Leo cursed him.

"What do you mean by pack house?"

Manik realized what he spoke and started rubbing his nape.
