Yoongi was walking down on the quiet shore; nothing but the waves came and went as the foam hissed when it landed on the white sand and the sea gulls' voices echoed in the sky that was mixed with blue, yellow and pink.

The sun touched the sea as its light dimmed slightly, revealing its round shape but the slightly dimmed light still bathed the seashore of Royaume with golden glow.

Out of nowhere, a beautiful voice filled in the air, echoing; a voice of an angel. Yoongi could not tell whether it was a man or a woman singing, however, it was a blessing to hear such voice.

He followed the sweet voice like a hypnotized person getting lured to the unknown. He stumbled as he walked on the rocks but he did not stop following that melodious voice.

When the voice of an angel stopped singing, he could not help but feel disappointed. He wanted to here that voice again — a voice that was so unique as a diamond.

He gasped when he was stopped in front of the familiar cave— where the waves came in. He cautiously walked in the dark cave as his hand slowly went to his dagger.

He saw a dark figure behind the boulder

He saw a dark figure behind the boulder. The figure peeked behind it and quickly hid as they let out a giggle that echoed in the cave and a splash sound followed.

The commodore knew that familiar giggle and sighed in relief as he put his hand away from the dagger.

"Jimin, I know you are behind the boulder." Yoongi chuckled as he shook his head slightly.

Jimin slowly appeared behind the boulder and swam into the light of the setting sun. Yoongi was astonished by the beautiful golden tailed merman in front of him.

Jimin looked like a true king with a golden she'll crown on top of his curly blonde hair, his naked upper body decorated with pearls and gold jewels and golden arm bracelets and wristbands on his arms. Lastly, in his grip, was Habaek's trident that was once belonged to the Late King Seokjin.

To them, they saw him as a kind but fearless King of Korallia but to Yoongi, he was his handsome lover with an adorable smile that made his eyes look close.

He knelt down and bowed his head with respect. "King Jimin, it is an honor to be blessed by your presence." He said with a formal tone.
He felt two webbed hands cupping his face and pulled his head up to face the most beautiful he had his eyes on .

"No need to do that, my love. I am still me." Jimin said with a soft smile. "I missed you." He whispered as he looked at him lovingly.

Yoongi smiled back and slowly hugged his naked to so. "I missed you too." Then his eyes landed on those plump pink lips.

Jimin noticed it and smiled bigger before he leaned in. Yoongi met him halfway there. Jimin's lips was still as soft like the pillow as their first kiss they had.

They pulled away slowly and put their foreheads together. They smiled like a fool in love.

"My savior." Jimin whispered and Yoongi whispered back, "My golden merman."

The End

AUTHOR'S NOTE:
Thank you, readers for reading my first Yoonmin. This book is a year old now, I guess. It is sad that this book has ended... Or is it?

For being a good reader, I shall give you a bonus chapter. Enjoy reading it!

BONUS CHAPTER:

Night came and the breeze was cold. The stars filled the void and the moon was full and bright.

King Namjoon was standing in front of the sea as he looked down on the pearl ring that was once belong to his lover. He fiddled the ring before he slowly brought it to his lips and kissed the pearl.

"You broke your promise that you and I would bring our kingdoms together but as a king, I understand that you had to sacrifice for your kingdom. " He whispered before he looked at the distance. "I hope you are now in peace, my love."

He shoved the ring in his pocket before he turned back from the sea and started to walk back to the palace.

" We're too different, You know that well."

King Namjoon stopped in his tracks.

" We aren't able to embrace each other's realities."

He slowly turned back and looked around.

" I don't understand, I don't remember."

His eyes landed on the figure standing in front of the sea with his back facing him.

" Words that will always just be words I don't expect them."

He slowly walked towards the figure and finally, realized that it was a man. He had a hair that was dark as night until his name and had wide broad shoulders.

" I love you."

His voice was so melodious and it was sweet to the king's ears and he could feel his... Longing and love in his voice.

" I love you."

However, how the stranger said 'I love you' was so familiar to him. He had not heard this voice for a long time.

" I love you."

He quietly walked behind the stranger as the stranger still sang. However, being his clumsy self, he stumbled on a rock and accidentally let out gasp in surprise.

The stranger suddenly stopped singing and yelped in surprise too.

"F-forgiving me for scaring you." The king stuttered and mentally cursed himself. "It was not my intention."

The stranger turned around to face the king. The king looked up and went pale. He shook his head in disbelief.

"You have not changed in one bit, Joonie." The raven haired man giggled.

King Namjoon looked at him up and down. "I-I thought you - we- what? I don't understand?"

The other man looked down and pulled down his white button up shirt to reveal a scar that was so close to the heart. "She missed the heart — not a good aimer I would say." He said and looked at the king.

"I nearly died from blood loss however, I was saved and healed by the sea oracle when she found out that I was still alive. Since I made my cousin, Jimin the King of Korallia, I have nothing to do anymore. My powers are with him now and the chaos is over so I decided to be with you... permanently."

The land king gawked at him.

"But in order to do that, I have to give up my life as a merman and gave my shiny pink scales to her as a repayment for nursing me back to my health. Now, here, I am; an ordinary human."

Wordlessly, King Namjoon grabbed his delicate pale wrist and pulled him in a tight hug. "You... You have no idea how much I miss you so much, Jinnie."

The other man smiled softly and hugged him back. He buried his face at the crook of his neck. "Have no worry, my love, I will be by your side from now on." He whispered.

"Jinnie?"

"Hmm?"

They both pulled away slightly but still in each other's embrace. King Namjoon pulled out the pearl ring from his pocket and put it in front of them.

"Will you marry me again?"

Seokjin smiled and looked at him with his sparkling eyes. He nodded eagerly and answered, "Yes, my love, I will marry you."

The End... Again.
