XI. Healing Wounds

"Where am I?" Jimin asked as he took a look around himself once again.

"You're in my mansion." Yoongi answered with a small smile as he dipped his fingers in the tub and played with the water. But then, he frowned.

"I have to treat your back, Jimin. You have so many whip marks."

Jimin hesitantly touched his bare back and felt the wounds.

"I'll be right back." The human said as he stood up and went out of the bathroom.

Jimin ran his fingers on the whip marks and the horrible memories on the pirate ship made him shiver.

Yoongi came back and walked towards the tub.

"Let's go to my room." Yoongi said and bent down, then, scooped up the blond merman - who squeaked in surprise and clung onto the human by his neck.

Yoongi walked out of the bathroom with him in his arms.

Jimin looked around and saw the walls were white. There were double glass doors on his left that led to the balcony where you could see the view of the sea and the pier. The red curtains above the glass doors and were pulled back by the golden ropes that had tassels on both ends.

Right in front of them - leaned against the wall, was a king sized bed with red blanket and two cream colored pillows against the headboard.

Jimin noticed two big towels draped on top of the blanket.

Yoongi walked towards the bed and put Jimin down on top of the towels.

"Lay on your stomach." Yoongi said as he walked to his bedside table and opened the drawer.

Jimin slowly laid on his stomach with a questioning look. "What are you going to do?" He asked.

Yoongi took out a plastic container that had a green substance within.

"I'm going to put this on your wounds." He answered and twisted it open. "This is from Eastern Pearl. This substance is made of horse raddish or 'malunggay' in their language but the people there scientifically called it 'Moringa'." He explained and stuck his two fingers inside the container. "They said that it's the best medicine to stop it from bleeding and prevent the wounds from swelling."

Yoongi then applied it on his back - that made Jimin shivered at the called substance. "With you being regenerated by water and this, makes you heal two times faster."

After applying that, he put the container on the bedside table. "Let it stay there for awhile."

Jimin nodded against the pillow. "O-Okay."

"I'll grab you some dinner. By the looks of your condition, those bastards didn't feed you well." Yoongi scowled as he thought about those outlaws mistreating the golden merman.

But then, his thoughts snapped when he felt his hand engulfed with warmth. He looked down to see a small hand on top of his. The commodore looked up at the owner of it to see Jimin smiling over his shoulder.

"Thank you, Yoongi."

The human felt his face getting warm and looked away to hide his flushed face. "Y-yeah, n-no problem." Yoongi mentally kicked and cursed himself for stuttering in front of his childhood friend.

However, Yoongi couldn't help it when Jimin - who was once a cute chubby merboy turned into a merman - who was really irresistible.

Yoongi feared that if Jimin pulled seductive look or any gesture, he would lose it.

With Jimin laying on his stomach amd smiling at him sweetly was really tempting to Yoongi.

' Don't do something foolish, Yoongi! He's your friend.' The human thought and blinked away any lewd images.

"I-I'll get you something to eat now." The commodore stuttered again and stiffly stood up from the bed. He walked out of his bedroom to get Jimin a plateful dinner.
