Miley's POV

It's been a few days since I told Nick the truth. He hasn't talked to me since then. I completely understand why he's so upset, Bentley is his son. Nick missed out on so many things, all of Bentley's firsts. Bentley's first crawl, walk, talk...he was here to see him doing all of it, but he didn't see it when it first happened. I need to tell Liam about all of this but I'm terrified, what if he yells or argues? What if he hates me? 

My phone started to ring, snapping me out of my thoughts and scaring me in the process.

"Shit. Fucking phone." I mumble before I answer. "Hey Liam."

"Hey."

"What's up?"

"I know I was planning on having the boys over for a little bit longer but-" He begins to say.

"You're bringing them home early aren't you?"

"No, only Bentley."

"Why? Is he okay?" I ask.

"He's not feeling very well, he also threw up this morning."

"Can't he just stay there? You can't take care of your own son?" You mean Nick's son...

"I don't want Cam or Jo to get whatever Ben has. And I won't be able to take the boys anywhere if I have to stay home with Ben." He explains.

"Damn you're right. Okay, I'll come over to get him."

"You sure you don't want me to drop him off?"

"No no, I need to get out of the house anyway. I'll be there soon, I'm leaving now."

"See you soon then."

"Bye."

Once I got to Liam's house I knocked before Jonah opened the door and greets me with a smile.

"Hey mom." Jonah says.

"Hey Jo, where's your dad?"

"In the kitchen fixing lunch."

I walk inside and into the kitchen to see Cameron sitting at the table.

"Where's Ben?" I ask.

"In his room resting, I made him lunch earlier so he could rest before you got here."

"Thanks for doing that."

"Of course, Ben's my son. I'll do anything for him, I'll do anything for all of them." Hearing Liam say that made me smile.

"You're a great dad, I hope you know that."

"I know, the boys tell me that a lot."

"Have anything fun planned?" I ask.

"Yeah, we're gonna go to a baseball game."

"Awesome, Jonah's favorite sport."

"Don't forget I'm also in baseball mom." Jonah reminds me.

"Of course, you're the best outfielder I've ever seen."

"C'mon mom, no I'm not. You're just supposed to say that cause I'm your son."

"When can I do a sport mom? Jo is in baseball and even Ben is in soccer." Cameron replies.

"Well you said you wanted to swim, that's in high school. That's why you've got practice."

"But I'm not on a team."

"Not yet, you've gotta get better before you swim on a team. You're a good swimmer though, you'll do great once you're on a team." Liam tells Cameron.
