Moving On

Thirty-Nine

Miley's POV

I had just gotten out of the shower and walked into the living room when I got a surprise. Luca and Aria were in the living room with Nick and I smiled the minute I saw them.

"Miley!" Aria says excitedly. She and Luca ran to me and gave me a big hug when I knelt down to their height.

"Hey guys, how have you been? It's been too long since I've seen you."

"We missed you too."

"Priyanka came by while you were in the shower and dropped them off. Surprisingly she suggested it, I didn't even have to ask. So of course I jumped at the opportunity." Nick explains.

"That was really nice of her."

"Yeah."

"Is Ben here?" Luca asks.

"Yeah, he's in his room playing if you two wanna go in there."

"Okay!" Luca and Aria both ran to Bentley's room and went inside. 

"I'm so glad they all get along...wait, have you or Priyanka told them about Ben?"

"No, they don't know. As far as I know anyway, Priyanka very well may have told them, but I'm assuming she hasn't because I know how excited Luca would be to have a brother."

"They should know..." I say, Nick nods in agreement. "I think you should tell them. Of course not right now cause they're busy playing with Ben, but sometime soon."

"I know and I do agree that they should know."

"Since it's just Ben here do you wanna take him, Aria, and Luca to the park?"

"Yeah that sounds like a great idea. I'll go tell the kids."

Once we all walked to the park Nick and I sat on a bench where we could clearly see the kids playing. Nick held my hand and I rested my head on his arm. I enjoyed sitting here with Nick, even if we were just sitting. I didn't care, I was with Nick and that's what matters to me. Aria came running up to us and tapped me on the arm.

"Hey sweetie, what's up?"

"Will you push me on the swing?" Aria asks me.

"I sure will. You'll be okay here alone Nick?"

"I'll be fine, go ahead." I smile and kiss Nick before getting up and walking to the swings with Aria. 

As I was pushing Aria on the swing she was laughing and seemed to really enjoy this.

"Are you having fun Aria?"

"Yeah I am, you're more fun than my mom."

"Why would you say that Aria?"

"Cause she doesn't push me on the swing, she tells me I'm big enough to do it on my own. I like you more."

"Sweetie you shouldn't say that about your mom...you should love her way more because she's your mom."

"But you do things with me at the park, she just sits and watches."

"She still loves you very much."

"I know she does. I wanna go higher Miley push me higher."

I continued to push Aria on the swing while I thought about what she said. I don't ever wanna mess with Priyanka's relationship with Luca and Aria, she hates me enough as it is. Besides even though Priyanka is Priyanka, she's still a mother and I won't take a mother's kids from her. I can't breathe without my boys, I won't do that to her...
