The Wiltern was packed and Stevie knew it was going to be packed and she never for the life of her thought that at 29 weeks, she'd be suiting up to go on stage. and perform. At seven months pregnant there was no denying she was pregnant and no amount of corsets could suck her in so she was just there, wearing a tight dress and her boots which were going to be killing her by the end of the night. She was upset though because Lindsey wasn't going to be there. He was on his own tour for his own solo album, entitled Under the Skin, and Stevie loved it she thought it was a great album but she was missing him. She wanted him to massage her back and her feet because she's at the point in pregnancy where she's in a lot of physical pain. One wrong move her back and pelvis hurt if she's on her feet too long her feet kill her and she wants to discuss a nursery with him.
They haven't found out the gender and they aren't going to. They want it to be a surprise and while Stevie wants a little girl, she's not going to voice her opinion because she's going to be happy either way as long as they were healthy when they were born. That was her biggest worry. She was so scared that her baby wasn't going to be healthy when they were born and it was going to be her fault. Her fault because she went out on tour.
She was lost in her thoughts, just rubbing her baby belly when a knock came at the door. She quickly gathered herself as her security answered the door and then she was handed a giant vase of red roses and her heart soared. She quickly undid the card and though she didn't know the writing, she knew who sent it because he had put his name on the bottom.
Hey Angel,
I'm sorry that I can't be with you today. Seeing as how I haven't heard anything I'm assuming you and baby Buck are doing okay. We're rocking together tonight, I'll be on stage when you go onstage and though we're in different states I am with you both tonight. I love you, take care of yourself, and good luck on your tour.
Linds.
As much as she loved the flowers and she was happy that she had received them it made her heart, break because she really missed Lindsey.

"Thank You all for coming out here tonight. Um before I get into Landslide I usually like to dedicate it to someone at the show, but tonight I'm not going to do that but at the same time I am...because they're like not at the show but they're here...What I mean by that is I'd like to dedicate this song first to you, the fans for coming out here and supporting me. I certainly wouldn't be up here today if it wasn't for you. We are a team, you and me...And the second part of this little dedication is for someone that is physically up here with me, and by that I mean Baby Buckingham." She stops and puts her hands on her stomach. "I want to dedicate this to Baby Buck tonight because Buck, their daddy is in Pennsylvania right now on his own tour and I want to dedicate it to baby Buck because through baby Buck I've found a new purpose and while I still plan to be performing for you, I'm excited that I get to become a mom and I'm hoping that Lindsey and I can take you on our journey with us into Parenthood. This is Landslide."
As she sings the song her hands are holding her stomach and then afterward when she's lying in bed counting her baby's movements, she was told she had to do it every night for two hours and to keep a log of when she counted and how many kicks, and movements she counted. She smiles at her stomach.
"Well, that's forty sweet pea, so you're right on tra-OW! Hey now, that's my ribs you need to calm down." Stevie hisses rubbing the bottom of her right ribs. She then feels the baby do a somersault and she just sighs.
"You don't have to show off, I know you're going to be a good swimmer like your daddy. I hope you sing like both of us though and maybe just maybe you'll pick up a guitar hmm? But baby it's time for you to get some sleep, Mom's exhausted and she wants to go to bed." She had commuted to the Wiltern because she still had the better part of a month before she had to be in Connecticut but it was around three in the morning, by the time the concert ended and the time they got on the high way and she was just ready to go to sleep.

It was about five in the morning when Lindsey unlocked the front door. He had three days off and he wanted to go home and try to at least make amends with Stevie before she went on the road. He smiled when he saw her roses on the little banquet table in the entryway where usually their keys, and her purse goes.
Knowing she was there he quietly slid his shoes on and just dropped his bag before making his way upstairs. He showered quickly and then he crawled in bed, she was laying on her left side facing his side of the bed and he just smiled seeing that her hand was resting on her hip and her belly so he just took ahold of it gently and closed his eyes.
Stevie woke up feeling extremely hot and suffocated. It took her a moment to gauge her surroundings and then she tried to shift to see what time it was on the alarm clock but she couldn't because there was something heavy on her and then she tried to crane her neck to see Lindsey's. It said ten-thirty which wasn't bad so she went to move but she couldn't and then she looked down and saw that Lindsey was practically using her like a stuffed animal, his arms were wrapped around her shoulders tightly and his head was laying right on her heart and she was slightly laying on her back and on her side.
Her baby kicked and Lindsey slightly shifted and huffed and then Stevie just stared to cackle because it was obvious that he had felt that kick as their stomachs were practically glued together.
"Honey, come on get up." She places her hand on his head.
"Hmm, I don't wanna." He shakes his head.
"What are you doing here?" Stevie asks her fingers tangled in his curls.
"Three days off wanted to see you."
"Well then wake up and come take a shower with me hm?" She asks.
"I took one at five." He states.
"Well then let me get in the shower and you can close your eyes for a little bit longer.
"No, Love you...wanna hold you." He shakes his head.
"Fine, but we gotta change positions, Baby Buck and I are uncomfortable."
