It was a decently warm fall day in Bethel New York, at Woodstock...the official end of her tour, though she did have filming for Storytellers on the eighteenth. But it wasn't a dry heat, it was muggy with a light breeze and it was pouring. Absolutely pouring. Her son was almost four months old and though it was iffy-especially with the rain she was going to make Lindsey, take their baby out into the audience to watch because it was special and her parents and brother and sister in law were there not to mention her niece so she wanted the whole family, her infant included to be out there in the audience. They would be under a tent and Stevie had little baby earplugs for him their goal was to keep him dry and warm.
Stevie was alone in her little trailer with her Son just dancing around and she looked at him. "You know Seth, I carried you around for nine months, gave up coffee, and I threw up a lot for you to come out looking just like your daddy. It's really not fair is it." She sighs kissing him again.
It was then that the door opened and Lindsey came in with their baby's little snowsuit and he tucked it under his arm holding his hands out for the baby and Seth just shook his head and face planted into Stevie's neck.
"Sorry, Linds...I think he's having a mommy day." Stevie chuckles rubbing his back.
"Yeah well, Mommy has to go on stage so Daddy has to take him," Lindsey explains.
"Well let mommy but on his snowsuit for you and then you can take him and please for the love of god leave the trailer and walk far away as fast as possible because women are genetically prone to wanting to pick up a crying baby, not to mention their crying baby and I know I can't so you have to keep him far away from me," Stevie explains.
"Yes ma'am." He hands her the little blue and yellow snowsuit and she works on getting him situated before she kisses him one last time and Seth screams as Lindsey takes him out of the room and Stevie has to turn her back, cross one arm over her stomach, and bit on the thumb of her other hand to not turn around and take him back.

"LADIES AND GENTLEMAN WOULD YOU PLEASE WELCOME, STEVIE NICKS!"
Her opening song was outside the rain which was so ironic because it was pissing down rain. And then she flowed effortlessly into Dreams and she was having such a hard time not touching her mic because she was worried about getting electrocuted but she always touches her mic so that was a challenge.
"Welcome everybody, I have to share with you that I got to fly in on a helicopter and see you all you guys from up in the sky, it was so incredible. I want to tell you a little bit about this show because it's in fact, my last show of the tour what a great place to have that in. And this show has been really fun for me because I got to have a baby right in the middle of it. We're both happy and healthy and I couldn't ask for more." She pauses as the crowd screams
"But also, because it's backing up a boxed set which is different then backing up a record because you can actually do things you wanted to do but couldn't cause they weren't those songs, so on this tour I have been able to do these things, it's been such an incredible pleasure, So if you hear something you don't recognize bare with me, there's a message, you missed it it was like in 1985 or something. And WOODSTOCK, welcome, welcome." She finished as her music for Enchanted cued up.
She had changed into her Gold Dust Woman shawl and the song had just started when the rain got a little bit harder. But once he finished the song she turned to the audience.
"They're warning me because it's very slippery up here, Thank You, and we're going to do this even in the rain right?" Stevie asks as the crowd screams. "Great don't go anywhere."
